Claims (13)
- 平面をカバーするシステムであって、このシステムは、タイロッド(3)のネットワークにより所定位置に保持された支持ポール(2)によって形成された支持構造体に取り付けられ、前記支持ポール及び前記タイロッドの両方は、適したピンによって前記面に固定され、
前記システムは、複数の対の細長い支持要素(6、6´)を有し、この細長い対の支持要素は、前記支持ポール(2)に位置決めされる下部を備え、上端に接近して高くした位置で互いに連結されて、保護ネット又は保護シート(7)が位置決めされる複数の対の斜面を形成し、
前記保護シートは、開位置では、支持構造体の下の領域をカバーし、閉位置では、コンパクトになり同じ列の隣接した支持ポール(2)の間に集められ、前記開位置から前記閉位置への移動及びその逆移動は、移動手段によって前記支持要素に沿って前記保護シートをスライドして得られ、
前記支持構造体の頂部に、電気的エネルギー発生ユニットが取り付けられ、
前記保護シート(7)は、前記細長い支持要素に沿ってスライド可能な複数の拘束手段(8)によって、前記細長い支持要素(6、6´)に結合して、
前記拘束手段は、縁部に切り欠きが設けられた2つの環状セクター(81、82)で作られたスリーブを備え、前記環状セクターが互いに連結されているとき、前記保護シートの縁部でクリンプする溝(83)を形成し、前記スリーブの貫通穴(84)が前記細長い支持要素にスライドすることを可能にする、
システム。 - 各対の要素の連結点及びその最大高さ又は頂部(61)は、前記タイロッド(3)上に位置決めされる、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記細長い支持要素は、前記支持ポールそれ自体の高さに対して実質的に中間の高さで前記支持ポールに拘束されている、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 前記細長い支持要素は、金属ケーブル又は金属バー、又はセクションバーである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記保護シートを移動させる移動手段は、前記細長い支持要素(6、6´)に実質的に隣接する位置に配置された環状ベルト(10)を備え、環状ベルト10は、前記細長い支持要素の長さに実質的に追従し、前記支持ポールに結合された駆動プーリー(11)によって移動され、前記支持構造体の頂部(61)に位置決めされた駆動プーリー(12)によって駆動され、前記環状ベルトは、スライド可能な拘束手段(8)の全経路に沿って配置され、この拘束手段は、ブラケット(85)によって前記環状ベルトに拘束される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 各駆動プーリーは、電気モーター(13)によって回転され、又はロッド(14)によって手動で動かされる、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記細長い支持要素は、固定手段によって、前記支持ポールと前記タイロッドに固定され、前記固定手段は、
前記支持ポールが前記支持構造体の中間の支持ポールである場合、前記支持ポール上でクリンプし、前記細長い支持要素(6、6´)の端部が固定され、アイレット(91)が設けられたリング(9)と、
前記支持ポールが前記支持構造体の最終支持ポールである場合、前記支持ポール並びに地面に固定される前記支持要素を横切るブッシュ(9´)と、
下部で前記細長い支持要素のための固定アイレット(91´)備えて、タイロッド(3)でクリンプする支持部(9´´)と、
を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 駆動プーリー(13)は、前記支持構造体の前記頂部の支持部(9´´)に結合される、請求項5又は7に記載のシステム。
- 前記保護ネット又は保護シートは、農業で使用される遮光ネット又はシートである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記保護ネットは、50〜90%の遮光度で、紫外線に対して安定したポリエチレンで作られている、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記保護シートは、対ひょうネットである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記保護シートは、透明シートである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記電気的エネルギー発生ユニットは、前記支持ポールの頂部に、直接的に配置された光起電性パネル又は風力ユニットである、請求項1に記載のシステム。
