Claims (16)
- 水素含有ガスを生成するための電解装置であって:
水を収容するためのケース、および複数の係合構造体を有する前記ケースの内壁を備える電解タンク;および
前記複数の係合構造体に連結され、かつ別々に配置され、陰極と陽極、及び前記陰極と陽極の間に構成される複数の双極電極を備える複数の電極;を備え、
前記電解タンクが、水素含有ガスを出力するように構成される複数の上部の穴部を有するカバーを更に備え、
前記陰極の一部と前記陽極の一部が前記カバーを越えて上方へ伸び、および
一組の電極チャネルが前記複数の電極の間に形成され、前記複数の上部の穴部に流体的に連結されることを特徴とする電解装置。 - 前記電解タンクが、前記複数の電極上に配置される上プレートを更に備え、前記上プレートが、絶縁材でできていて、かつ前記複数の電極内に形成される一組のギャップ内に配置される複数の突起を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電解装置。
- 前記上プレートが、前記上プレートを貫通する複数の穴部を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電解装置。
- 前記複数の穴部が、前記複数の電極内の前記一組のギャップに対応していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電解装置。
- 前記電解タンクが、絶縁材でできていて、かつ前記複数の電極より下に配置される下プレートを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電解装置。
- 前記ケースの底部と前記電極との間の間隔が、1cm以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電解装置。
- 前記電解タンクが、絶縁材でできていて、かつ前記カバーと前記複数の電極との間に配置される上プレートを更に備え、前記上プレートが、前記一組の電極チャネル内に配置される複数の突起を備え、および前記上プレートが前記一組の電極チャネルに対応する複数の穴部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電解装置。
- 前記2本の隣接する双極電極によって構成される一組の電解電極の電圧差が、1.5Vから3Vまでの間にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電解装置。
- 前記陰極および前記陽極が、それぞれざらつき表面を有し、前記陰極および前記陽極が、それぞれ金メッキを施された出っ張りを備え、ならびに前記陰極および前記陽極がそれぞれ前記出っ張りを通して電源に接続されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電解装置。
- 2本の隣接する電極の間の距離が、2mmから4mmの間にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電解装置。
- 電解装置であって:
水を収容するための中空空間を内部に備える水槽;
前記水槽の中空空間内に配置される電解タンクであって、
前記電解タンクが、ケースと複数の上部の穴部を有するカバーとを備え、
前記ケースが、前記水、および複数の係合構造体を有する前記ケースの内壁を収容するように構成され、
前記ケースの底部が複数の下部の穴部を更に備え、
前記電解タンクが、前記水槽の中空空間を上部と下部に分割する、前記ケースの側面から外側へ伸びるセパレータを更に備える、電解タンク;及び
前記ケースに固定される前記複数の係合構造体に連結され、かつ別々に配置される複数の電極;を備え、
前記カバーは前記複数の電極の上部に配置され、
前記ケースの内部空間は、前記カバーの上部の穴部と前記ケースの下部の穴部を介して前記水槽の中空空間に流体的に連結されることを特徴とする電解装置。 - 一組の電極チャネルが前記複数の電極内に形成されるように、一つの電極チャネルが2本の隣接する電極の間に形成され、および前記一組の電極チャネルが前記複数の下部の穴部に流体的に連結される請求項11に記載の電解装置。
- 前記電解タンクが、前記複数の電極上に配置される上プレートを更に備え、前記上プレートが、絶縁材でできていて、かつ前記複数の電極内に形成される一組のギャップ内に配置される複数の突起を備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の電解装置。
- 前記上プレートが、前記上プレートを貫通する複数の穴部を更に備え、および前記複数の穴部が前記複数の電極内の一組のギャップに対応していることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の電解装置。
- 前記カバーが前記上プレートの複数の穴部に対応する前記複数の上部の穴部を備えることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の電解装置。
- 前記電解タンクが、前記ケースの側面から延在するセパレータを更に備え、前記セパレータが、前記水槽の中空空間を上部および下部に分割し、ならびに前記水槽の中空空間の上部が、前記電解タンクの上部の穴部に流体的に連結されることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の電解装置。
