Description
Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの刃先構造を製造するための方法であって、
第1のポリマー材料の基礎構造を提供する工程と、
少なくとも1つの刃先型板を前記基礎構造内へ押し込む工程と、
前記型板を取り除いて前記基礎構造内に少なくとも1つの空洞を得る工程と、
前記少なくとも1つの空洞を第2の材料で充填する工程であって、前記第2の材料がポリマー材料の前駆体である、工程と、
前記第2の材料を硬化させる工程と、
前記基礎構造及び前記硬化された第2のポリマー材料を分離させる工程であって、前記少なくとも1つの刃先構造が前記硬化された第2のポリマー材料からなる、工程と、を含み、
前記少なくとも1つの刃先構造が、かみそり刃、又はブレードボックスの一部である、方法。 - 前記第2の前駆体材料が、モノマー材料、オリゴマー材料、又はこれらの任意の組み合わせからなる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1のポリマー材料がポリ(メチルメタクリレート)(PMMA)若しくはポリジメチルシロキサン(PDMS)からなるか、前記第1のポリマー材料が柔性であるか、前記第2の前駆体材料がアクリル系材料からなるか、前記第2の前駆体材料の粘度が10000センチポアズ未満であるか、又はこれらの任意の組み合わせである、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の前駆体材料、前記硬化された第2のポリマー材料、及び前記空洞の少なくとも1つの側面のうちの少なくとも1つが、250〜1100ナノメートルの範囲の波長における電磁放射線に対して透明である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 組成物の1〜2重量%の光開始剤が、前記硬化させる工程の前に前記第2の前駆体材料に添加される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの刃先構造が、ゴシックアーチ、半円アーチ、又は1つ以上のアンダーカットを備え、前記少なくとも1つの刃先構造の先端半径が1マイクロメートル未満である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記基礎構造が1つの部分のみからなる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの空洞が前記基礎構造内の単一の部分内に完全に含まれるか、前記少なくとも1つの空洞の一部が、形成後に前記基礎構造によって囲まれていないか、又はこれらの任意の組み合わせである、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記分離させる工程が、前記硬化された第2のポリマー材料刃先構造からの前記基礎構造の物理的な取り外し又は化学的な取り外しを含む、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記分離された基礎構造が、前記充填する工程で再使用される、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記硬化させる工程が、架橋結合若しくは重合、熱、光、又はこれらの任意の組み合わせを含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記かみそり刃又は前記ブレードボックスをかみそりカートリッジハウジング又はフレームの中に固定する工程を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
