Description
Claims (11)
- 複数の凹部を有し、前記凹部の深さが300μm以上2000μm以下である凹形アレイモールドの原版の作製方法であって、
50μm以上200μm以下の直径を有する互いに分離した状態にある複数の針を配列し、
前記配列された複数の針を固定する、
ことを含む原版作製方法。 - 前記複数の針の固定は、弾性体の台座に前記複数の針を差し込むことを含む、請求項1に記載の原版作製方法。
- 前記複数の針の固定は、少なくとも一本の針が粘着面に接着固定された複数のテープを貼り合わせることを含む、
請求項1に記載の原版作製方法。 - 前記複数の針の固定は、前記複数の針を互いに密接させるように束ねることを含む、請求項1に記載の原版作製方法。
- 前記複数の針の固定は、複数の孔が設けられた台座に前記複数の針を差し込むことを含む、請求項1に記載の原版作製方法。
- 複数の凹部を有する凹形アレイモールドの製造方法であって、
請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の原版作製方法によって原版を作製する原版作製工程と、
前記原版のうち少なくとも前記複数の針をモールド樹脂溶液に浸漬した状態で、前記モールド樹脂溶液を固化する固化工程と、
前記固化工程で固化された前記モールド樹脂溶液を前記原版から剥離する剥離工程とを含む、凹形アレイモールドの製造方法。 - 前記モールド樹脂溶液はシリコーン樹脂を含む、請求項6に記載の凹形アレイモールドの製造方法。
- 前記固化工程では、前記原版のうち前記複数の針のみを前記モールド樹脂溶液に浸漬した状態で、前記モールド樹脂溶液を固化する、請求項6又は7に記載の凹形アレイモールドの製造方法。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の原版作製方法によって原版を作製する原版作製工程と、前記原版のうち少なくとも前記複数の針をモールド樹脂溶液に浸漬した状態で、前記モールド樹脂溶液を固化する固化工程と、前記固化工程で固化された前記モールド樹脂溶液を前記原版から剥離する剥離工程とを含む、凹形アレイモールドの製造方法によって凹形アレイモールドを作製する凹形アレイモールド製造工程と、
前記凹形アレイモールドを少なくとも一つ含むシート作製モールドに樹脂溶液を注入する樹脂注入工程と、
前記樹脂注入工程で注入された前記樹脂溶液を固化する樹脂固化工程と、
前記樹脂固化工程で固化された前記樹脂溶液を剥離する剥離工程とを含む、針状アレイシートの製造方法。 - 前記シート作製モールドは、前記凹形アレイモールドを複数含む、請求項9に記載の針状アレイシートの製造方法。
- 複数の凹部を有する凹形アレイモールドの原版であって、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項記載の原版作製方法によって作製された原版。
