Description
Claims (18)
- パワーテイクオフ(PTO)アセンブリを選択的に制御する方法であって、
クラッチアセンブリをシャフトとPTOギアとの間に半径方向に位置付けることと、
コントローラを用いて前記クラッチアセンブリを動作可能に制御することと、
前記コントローラを用いて前記クラッチアセンブリを選択的に係合することと、
を含み、
前記クラッチアセンブリを選択的に係合することは、
エンジン速度センサ、ユーザ入力センサ、及びPTO出力速度センサを前記コントローラによって監視することを含む、複数のセンサから受信された信号を前記コントローラによって監視することと、
監視された信号を前記コントローラによって各信号閾値と比較することと、
比較された監視された信号が前記信号閾値の範囲内にある場合に前記クラッチアセンブリを係合することと、を含み、
前記クラッチアセンブリが係合位置にある場合に、前記コントローラによって、前記エンジン速度センサによって示されるエンジン速度を前記PTO出力速度センサによって示されるPTO速度と比較することを含み、
前記PTO速度が前記エンジン速度に対して相対的な閾値範囲内にない場合に、前記コントローラによって、前記クラッチアセンブリを選択的に係合解除することを含む、
方法。 - さらに、前記複数のセンサから受信された信号を監視することは、変速装置レンジセンサ、車両速度センサ、コードセンサ、変速装置温度センサ、車両勾配センサ、及びライン圧力センサを前記コントローラによって監視することを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ユーザ入力によって生成されたユーザ入力信号を前記コントローラによってユーザ入力閾値と比較すること、
をさらに含み、
前記ユーザ入力信号が前記ユーザ入力閾値の範囲内にある場合、クラッチアセンブリは係合され、
前記ユーザ入力信号が前記ユーザ入力閾値の範囲内にない場合、クラッチアセンブリは係合されない、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - さらに、車両速度が、ある車両速度範囲内であることを車両速度センサが示す場合、前記コントローラは前記クラッチアセンブリを係合しない、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 変速装置のパワーテイクオフ(PTO)アセンブリを制御する方法であって、
ユーザ入力と、エンジンと、シャフトを含む前記変速装置と、液圧システムと、ライン圧力を有する前記液圧システム内の流体と、メモリユニット及びプロセッサを含むコントローラと、PTOギアを含む前記PTOアセンブリと、PTO出力センサと、前記PTOギアと前記シャフトとの間に位置付けられたクラッチアセンブリと、を提供することと、
ユーザ入力が受信された場合を前記コントローラによって判定することと、
前記ユーザ入力が受信された後で前記コントローラによって前記流体の前記ライン圧力を、メモリ内に記憶された圧力閾値と比較することと、
前記ライン圧力が前記圧力閾値を超えている場合に前記コントローラによって前記クラッチアセンブリを係合することと、
前記PTO出力センサを用いてPTO速度を検出することと、
前記クラッチアセンブリが係合されている場合に前記コントローラによって前記エンジンのエンジン速度を前記PTO速度と比較することと、
を含み、
前記エンジン速度と前記PTO速度との間の差が予め定義された速度閾値の範囲内にない場合、前記コントローラは前記ライン圧力を増加する、
方法。 - 前記ライン圧力が前記圧力閾値未満である場合に、前記コントローラによって、エンジン速度を増加することをさらに含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記クラッチアセンブリを係合することは、前記コントローラによって、変速装置のバルブを開くことを含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- さらに、前記コントローラは前記流体の前記ライン圧力を、前記メモリ内に記憶された第2の圧力閾値と比較し、前記流体の前記ライン圧力が前記第2の圧力閾値より大きい場合、前記コントローラは、前記流体の前記ライン圧力が前記第2の圧力閾値より小さくなるまで、前記変速装置内の前記バルブを調整する、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記クラッチアセンブリが係合されて、前記PTO速度がPTO閾値より小さい場合、前記コントローラによって前記エンジン速度を増加することをさらに含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- さらに、
前記コントローラは、前記エンジン速度を、前記コントローラの前記メモリ内に記憶されたエンジン速度閾値と比較し、
前記エンジン速度が前記エンジン速度閾値より大きい場合、前記コントローラは前記クラッチアセンブリを係合解除する、
請求項5に記載の方法。 - 変速装置のパワーテイクオフ(PTO)アセンブリを制御する方法であって、
コントローラと、ユーザ入力と、圧力センサと、バルブと、シャフト速度センサと、PTOギアを含む前記PTOアセンブリと、PTO速度センサと、前記PTOギアと前記変速装置のシャフトとの間に半径方向に配置されたクラッチアセンブリと、を提供することと、
前記クラッチアセンブリの所望される係合を示す前記ユーザ入力からのコマンドを、前記コントローラを用いて受信することと、
前記圧力センサによって検出されたライン圧力を前記コントローラ内に記憶された圧力閾値と、前記コントローラを用いて、比較することと、
前記ライン圧力が前記圧力閾値より小さい場合に、前記クラッチアセンブリが前記PTOギアに係合することを制限するために前記コントローラを用いて前記バルブを制御することと、
前記クラッチアセンブリが係合される場合に、前記コントローラを用いて、前記PTO速度センサによって測定されたPTO速度を前記シャフト速度センサによって測定されたシャフト速度と比較することと、
前記PTO速度を前記シャフト速度と比較したときに、前記PTO速度が前記シャフト速度と実質的に同じではないことを示す場合、前記コントローラを用いてクラッチを係合解除することと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記コントローラを用いて、前記ライン圧力が前記圧力閾値より小さく且つ入力速度が入力速度閾値より小さい場合に、前記コントローラを用いて前記入力速度を制御し前記入力速度を増加すること、をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記シャフト速度が前記PTO速度より大きい場合に、前記コントローラを用いて、前記ライン圧力を増加すること、をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記ライン圧力が第2の圧力閾値を超えている場合に、前記コントローラを用いて、前記ライン圧力を低減すること、をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 変速装置レンジセレクタが変速装置レンジ閾値の範囲内でない限りは、前記コントローラを用いて、前記クラッチアセンブリが係合することを制限すること、をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 車両勾配を前記コントローラに通信する車両勾配センサを提供することと、
車両勾配センサの値が車両勾配閾値の範囲内にない場合に、前記コントローラを用いて、前記クラッチアセンブリが係合することを制限することと、
をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記コントローラを用いて、変速装置温度を監視することと、
前記変速装置温度が温度閾値を満たす場合に、前記コントローラを用いて、即時の全ライン圧力を提供して前記クラッチアセンブリを係合することと、
前記変速装置温度が前記温度閾値を満たさない場合に、前記コントローラを用いて、ライン圧力に漸増を提供して前記クラッチアセンブリを係合することと、
をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。 - 前記コントローラを用いて、アウトリガーを監視することと、
前記アウトリガーが拡張位置にある場合のみ、前記コントローラを用いて、前記クラッチアセンブリを係合することと、
をさらに含む、請求項11に記載の方法。
