Description
本発明の一態様にかかるリチウムイオン二次電池の作製方法について図1(A)を用い、以下に説明する。まず、正極集電体110と、正極活物質層112と、第1のセパレータ100と、第2のセパレータ101と、負極活物質層113と、負極集電体111とを積み重ねた状態の断面模式図を示す。集電体および活物質層の詳細については後述する。なお、活物質層は集電体の両面に形成することもでき、二次電池を積層構造とすることも可能である。
本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様にかかるリチウムイオン二次電池の作製方法について図4(A)を用い、以下に説明する。まず、正極集電体110と、正極活物質層112と、第2のセパレータ101と、第1のセパレータ100と、第3のセパレータ102と、負極活物質層113と、負極集電体111とを積み重ねた状態の断面模式図を示す。なお、活物質層は集電体の両面に形成することもでき、二次電池を積層することも可能である。
本実施の形態では、実施の形態1又は2において示したセパレータを用いた二次電池の構造について、図5乃至図7を参照して説明する。
図5(A)は、コイン型(単層偏平型)の二次電池の外観図であり、図5(B)は、その断面図である。

次に、円筒型の二次電池の一例について、図7を参照して説明する。円筒型の二次電池600は図7(A)に示すように、上面に正極キャップ(電池蓋)601を有し、側面及び底面に電池缶(外装缶)602を有している。これら正極キャップと電池缶(外装缶)602とは、ガスケット(絶縁パッキン)610によって絶縁されている。
本実施の形態では、蓄電装置の構造例について、図8、図9、図10、図11、図12を用いて説明する。
本実施の形態においては、先の実施の形態で説明した二次電池を有する電子機器の一例について図13及び図14を用いて説明を行う。

Claims (4)
- 正極と、負極と、電解液と、第1のセパレータと、第2のセパレータとを有し、
前記第1のセパレータ及び前記第2のセパレータは、前記正極と前記負極との間に設けられており、
前記負極の両面は、前記第1のセパレータにより覆われており、
前記第1のセパレータは、複数の第1の孔を有し、
前記第2のセパレータは、複数の第2の孔を有し、
前記第1の孔は、前記第2の孔よりも小さく、
前記第1のセパレータ及び前記第2のセパレータの材料は、合成繊維であり、
応力が生じたときに、前記第1のセパレータと前記第2のセパレータとは摺動する非水系二次電池。 - 前記第1のセパレータの厚さは、前記第2のセパレータの厚さよりも小さい請求項1に記載の非水系二次電池。
- 正極と、負極と、電解液と、第1のセパレータと、第2のセパレータと、第3のセパレータとを有し、
前記第1のセパレータは、前記正極と前記負極との間に設けられ、
前記第2のセパレータは、前記第1のセパレータと前記正極との間に設けられ、
前記第3のセパレータは、前記第1のセパレータと前記負極との間に設けられ、
前記正極の両面は、前記第2のセパレータにより覆われており、
前記負極の両面は、前記第3のセパレータにより覆われており、
前記第1のセパレータは、複数の第1の孔を有し、
前記第2のセパレータは、複数の第2の孔を有し、
前記第3のセパレータは、複数の第3の孔を有し、
前記第1の孔は、前記第2の孔及び前記第3の孔よりも大きく、
前記第1のセパレータ乃至前記第3のセパレータの材料は、合成繊維であり、
応力が生じたときに、前記第1のセパレータと前記第2のセパレータとの界面及び前記第1のセパレータと前記第3のセパレータとの界面において、前記第1のセパレータ乃至前記第3のセパレータは摺動する非水系二次電池。 - 前記第1のセパレータの厚さは、前記第2のセパレータの厚さ及び前記第3のセパレータの厚さよりも大きい請求項3に記載の非水系二次電池。
