Description
Claims (4)
- 電子部品の接続端子と溶接によって接続されるバスバーと、
モールド樹脂によって形成され前記バスバーを被覆するモールド部と、を備え、
前記バスバーは、
前記モールド部に被覆される本体部と、
前記モールド部から突出し前記電子部品の前記接続端子に接続される端子部と、を有し、
前記モールド部には、前記電子部品の前記接続端子を前記端子部に接触または近接させるようにガイドするためのガイド孔が形成され、
前記ガイド孔の内周面の一部は、前記電子部品の前記接続端子に接続される前記端子部の側面と面一に形成されることを特徴とするバスバーユニット。 - 前記ガイド孔の内周面は、平面部と曲面部とを有する断面D形状であって、
前記平面部が、前記側面に連続して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバスバーユニット。 - 前記ガイド孔は、
前記電子部品の前記接続端子が挿通され、前記電子部品の前記接続端子を前記端子部に接触または近接させるようにガイドするためガイド部と、
前記モールド部の前記電子部品の本体部が設けられる側の表面にテーパ状に開口するテーパ部と、を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のバスバーユニット。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載のバスバーユニットと、
前記電子部品と、を備え、
前記電子部品の前記接続端子は、屈曲して形成された屈曲部を有し、
前記電子部品の前記接続端子の前記屈曲部よりも先端側が前記ガイド孔に挿入されていることを特徴とする電子機器。
