Description
a) 外側ペイン、第1の熱可塑性層と、電気的に制御可能な光学特性を備えた機能エレメント、第2の熱可塑性層、及び内側ペインが、この順序で重ね合わされて配置され、機能エレメントが、中央視界の上方の領域内に配置され、そして第1の熱可塑性層及び/又は第2の熱可塑性層が、機能エレメントと外側ペイン又は内側ペイとの間に配置された、色味付け又は着色領域を有し、
b) 外側ペインと内側ペインとが積層によって接合され、前記第1の熱可塑性層と前記第2の熱可塑性層とから、機能エレメントが組み込まれた中間層が形成される、
ウインドシールドを製造する方法を含む。
本明細書に開示される発明は以下の態様を含む:
[1]電気的に制御可能なサンバイザ(4)を備えたウインドシールドであって、中間層(3)を介して互いに接合された外側ペイン(1)と内側ペイン(2)とを少なくとも含み、
中央視界(B)の上方で、電気的に制御可能な光学特性を有する機能エレメント(5)が前記中間層(3)内に組み込まれており、前記エレメントが、第1の熱可塑性層(6)の領域(6a)を介して前記外側ペイン(1)に、そして第2の熱可塑性層(7)の領域を介して前記内側ペイン(2)に結合されており、
前記第1の熱可塑性層(6)の前記領域(6a)及び/又は前記第2の熱可塑性層(7)の前記領域が色味付け又は着色されている、
電気的に制御可能なサンバイザ(4)を備えたウインドシールド。
[2]前記中間層(3)が、前記中央視界(B)内において透明である、上記[1]に記載のウインドシールド。
[3]前記機能エレメント(5)が、PDLC機能エレメントである、上記[1]又は[2]に記載のウインドシールド。
[4]前記熱可塑性層(6,7)の色味付け又は着色された前記領域(6a)が、10〜50%、好ましくは20%〜40%の、可視スペクトル範囲の透過率を有している、上記[1]〜[3]のいずれか一つに記載のウインドシールド。
[5]前記機能エレメント(5)が、縁部シール部材(10)を有しており、前記縁部シール部材(10)が、透明無色の接着剤、又は透明無色の粘着テープによって形成されている、上記[1]〜[4]のいずれか一つに記載のウインドシールド。
[6]前記機能エレメント(5)が、絶縁ライン(16)によって、別々に電気的に作動させることができるセグメントに分割されている、上記[1]〜[5]のいずれか一つに記載のウインドシールド。
[7]前記機能エレメント(5)が、第3の熱可塑性層(8)によって周囲を取り囲まれている、上記[1]〜[6]のいずれか一つに記載のウインドシールド。
[8]前記機能エレメント(5)の下縁部が、前記第3の熱可塑性層(8)と同一平面上に配置されている、上記[7]に記載のウインドシールド。
[9]前記機能エレメント(5)の上縁部及び側縁部が、透視時に不透明なマスキング印刷物(9)によって遮蔽される、上記[1]〜[8]のいずれか一つに記載のウインドシールド。
[10]前記第1の熱可塑性層(6)及び前記第2の熱可塑性層(7)が、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、エチレンビニルアセテート(EVA)、及び/又はポリウレタン(PU)、好ましくはポリビニルブチラール(PVB)を少なくとも含有している、上記[1]〜[9]のいずれか一つに記載のウインドシールド。
[11]前記第1の熱可塑性層(6)又は前記第2の熱可塑性層(7)の色味付け又は着色された前記領域(6a)が、前記機能エレメント(5)の下縁部を超えて突出している、上記[1]〜[10]のいずれか一つに記載のウインドシールド。
[12]上記[1]〜[11]のいずれか一つに記載のウインドシールドを備えた乗り物であって、天井に設けられた機械的にヒンジ結合されたサンバイザを有していない、乗り物。
[13]上記[1]〜[12]のいずれか一つに記載の電気的に制御可能なサンバイザ(4)を備えたウインドシールドを製造する方法であって、少なくとも、
(a)外側ペイン(1)と、第1の熱可塑性層(6)と、電気的に制御可能な光学特性を備えた機能エレメント(5)と、第2の熱可塑性層(7)と、内側ペイン(2)とがこの順序で重ね合わされて配置され、前記機能エレメント(5)が、中央視界(B)の上方の領域内に配置され、そして前記第1の熱可塑性層(6)及び/又は前記第2の熱可塑性層(7)が、前記機能エレメント(5)と前記外側ペイン(1)又は前記内側ペイン(2)との間に配置された、色味付け又は着色された領域(6a)を有し、
(b)前記外側ペイン(1)と前記内側ペイン(2)とが積層によって接合され、前記第1の熱可塑性層(6)と前記第2の熱可塑性層(7)とから、機能エレメント(5)が組み込まれた中間層(3)が形成される、
電気的に制御可能なサンバイザ(4)を備えたウインドシールドを製造する方法。
[14]前記機能エレメント(5)が、多層膜の形態を成し、レーザーを使用して所定のサイズに切断される、上記[13]に記載の方法。
[15]ウインドシールドの外側ペイン(1)又は内側ペイン(2)に、電気的に制御可能な光学特性を備えた機能エレメント(5)を結合するための、熱可塑性層(6,7)の色味付け又は着色された領域(6a)の使用であって、
前記熱可塑性層(6,7)の前記色味付け又は着色された前記領域(6a)と、前記機能エレメント(5)とによって、電気的に制御可能なサンバイザ(4)が実現される、
熱可塑性層(6,7)の色味付け又は着色された前記領域(6a)の使用。

Claims (14)
- 電気的に制御可能なサンバイザ(4)を備えたウインドシールドであって、中間層(3)を介して互いに接合された外側ペイン(1)と内側ペイン(2)とを少なくとも含み、
中央視界(B)の上方で、電気的に制御可能な光学特性を有する機能エレメント(5)が前記中間層(3)内に組み込まれており、前記エレメントが、第1の熱可塑性層(6)の領域(6a)を介して前記外側ペイン(1)に、そして第2の熱可塑性層(7)の領域を介して前記内側ペイン(2)に結合されており、
前記第1の熱可塑性層(6)の前記領域(6a)及び/又は前記第2の熱可塑性層(7)の前記領域が色味付け又は着色されており、かつ前記機能エレメント(5)が、絶縁ライン(16)によって、別々に電気的に作動させることができるセグメントに分割されている、
電気的に制御可能なサンバイザ(4)を備えたウインドシールド。 - 前記中間層(3)が、前記中央視界(B)内において透明である、請求項1に記載のウインドシールド。
- 前記機能エレメント(5)が、PDLC機能エレメントである、請求項1又は2に記載のウインドシールド。
- 前記熱可塑性層(6,7)の色味付け又は着色された前記領域(6a)が、10〜50%、好ましくは20%〜40%の、可視スペクトル範囲の透過率を有している、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のウインドシールド。
- 前記機能エレメント(5)が、縁部シール部材(10)を有しており、前記縁部シール部材(10)が、透明無色の接着剤、又は透明無色の粘着テープによって形成されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のウインドシールド。
- 前記機能エレメント(5)が、第3の熱可塑性層(8)によって周囲を取り囲まれている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のウインドシールド。
- 前記機能エレメント(5)の下縁部が、前記第3の熱可塑性層(8)と同一平面上に配置されている、請求項6に記載のウインドシールド。
- 前記機能エレメント(5)の上縁部及び側縁部が、透視時に不透明なマスキング印刷物(9)によって遮蔽される、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のウインドシールド。
- 前記第1の熱可塑性層(6)及び前記第2の熱可塑性層(7)が、ポリビニルブチラール(PVB)、エチレンビニルアセテート(EVA)、及び/又はポリウレタン(PU)、好ましくはポリビニルブチラール(PVB)を少なくとも含有している、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のウインドシールド。
- 前記第1の熱可塑性層(6)又は前記第2の熱可塑性層(7)の色味付け又は着色された前記領域(6a)が、前記機能エレメント(5)の下縁部を超えて突出している、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のウインドシールド。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のウインドシールドを備えた乗り物であって、天井に設けられた機械的にヒンジ結合されたサンバイザを有していない、乗り物。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の電気的に制御可能なサンバイザ(4)を備えたウインドシールドを製造する方法であって、少なくとも、
(a)外側ペイン(1)と、第1の熱可塑性層(6)と、電気的に制御可能な光学特性を備えた機能エレメント(5)と、第2の熱可塑性層(7)と、内側ペイン(2)とがこの順序で重ね合わされて配置され、前記機能エレメント(5)が、中央視界(B)の上方の領域内に配置され、そして前記第1の熱可塑性層(6)及び/又は前記第2の熱可塑性層(7)が、前記機能エレメント(5)と前記外側ペイン(1)又は前記内側ペイン(2)との間に配置された、色味付け又は着色された領域(6a)を有し、
(b)前記外側ペイン(1)と前記内側ペイン(2)とが積層によって接合され、前記第1の熱可塑性層(6)と前記第2の熱可塑性層(7)とから、機能エレメント(5)が組み込まれた中間層(3)が形成される、
電気的に制御可能なサンバイザ(4)を備えたウインドシールドを製造する方法。 - 前記機能エレメント(5)が、多層膜の形態を成し、レーザーを使用して所定のサイズに切断される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- ウインドシールドの外側ペイン(1)又は内側ペイン(2)に、電気的に制御可能な光学特性を備えた機能エレメント(5)を結合するための、熱可塑性層(6,7)の色味付け又は着色された領域(6a)の使用であって、
前記機能エレメント(5)が、絶縁ライン(16)によって、別々に電気的に作動させることができるセグメントに分割されており、かつ前記熱可塑性層(6,7)の前記色味付け又は着色された前記領域(6a)と、前記機能エレメント(5)とによって、電気的に制御可能なサンバイザ(4)が実現される、
熱可塑性層(6,7)の色味付け又は着色された前記領域(6a)の使用。
