Description
図1は、本実施例に係るセルストレーナー1の使用状態を示す図である。この図1に示すように、本実施例に係るセルストレーナー1は、ピペット(図示せず)に装着されたチップ2の先端に圧入された状態でチューブ3に係合され、全体がチューブ3の内部に収容された状態で使用される。
図7は、本実施例に係るセルストレーナー1の使用状態を示す図である。この図7に示すように、本実施例に係るセルストレーナー1は、ピペットに装着されたチップ2の先端に圧入されて使用され、上端のフランジ部50がチューブ3の開口端3aに乗せられ、フランジ部50を除く他部(フィルタ4等)がチューブ3の内部に位置するようにして使用される。
本発明に係るセルストレーナー1は、上記各実施例に限定されるものではなく、チューブ3内の流体を、フィルタ4及び流路36を介してチップ2内にピペットで吸引するように使用してもよい。このようにすれば、本発明のセルストレーナー1は、フィルタ4の開口部18の大きさ以上の物質を濾し取り、開口部18の大きさ未満の物質を含んだ流体をチップ2内に得る(吸い取る)ことができる。
Claims (5)
- チューブに係合された状態でピペットが操作されることにより、流体をフィルタを介して前記チューブ内に流出させるか、又は前記チューブ内の流体を前記フィルタを介して流入させるセルストレーナーにおいて、
前記チューブに係合された際に、前記フィルタの全体が前記チューブ内に位置する形状に形成され、
前記ピペットに装着されたチップの先端に圧入されるチップ係合穴が形成されると共に、前記チップ係合穴に連通する流路が内部に形成され、
前記フィルタは、複数の同様の形状の開口部を有し、前記流路内と前記チューブの内部空間とを連通して、前記流体中の物質のうちで前記開口部よりも大きな物質を濾し取るようになっている、
ことを特徴とするセルストレーナー。 - 前記フィルタを一体に備えた有底筒形状の外部枠体と、前記外部枠体内に収容される内部構造体と、を備え、
前記ピペット係合穴は、前記内部構造体の軸心に沿って形成され、
前記流路は、前記内部構造体の軸心に沿って形成される第1流路部と、前記第1流路部から分岐して前記フィルタに向かう複数の第2流路部と、を有し、
前記ピペットチップから前記流路内に加圧された状態で注入された流体は、大気開放されることなく、前記フィルタに対向する前記第2流路部の端部まで案内される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のセルストレーナー。 - 前記フィルタは、前記セルストレーナーが前記チューブに取り付けられた状態において、前記チューブの内周面と対向するように前記外部枠体に形成され、且つ前記チューブの内周面に対して離れて位置するように形成された、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のセルストレーナー。 - 前記外部枠体は、射出成形により一体成形された、
ことを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載のセルストレーナー。 - 前記開口部は、平面視した形状が矩形形状であり、隣り合う他の開口部と同じ大きさに形成された、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のセルストレーナー。
