Claims (10)
- 直流電力を駆動用モータへ供給する交流電力に変換するパワー半導体回路部と、
直流電力の電圧を変換するDCDCコンバータ回路部と、
前記パワー半導体回路部へ駆動信号を出力する第1駆動回路基板と、
前記DCDCコンバータ回路部へ駆動信号を出力する第2駆動回路基板と、
前記第1駆動回路基板を制御する第1制御信号及び前記第2駆動回路基板を制御する第2制御信号を出力する制御回路基板と、を備え、
前記制御回路基板は、前記パワー半導体回路部及び前記DCDCコンバータ回路部を挟んで前記第2駆動回路基板と対向する位置に配置され、
前記第1駆動回路基板は、当該第1駆動回路基板の主面が前記制御回路基板と前記第2駆動回路基板の配列方向と略平行になるように配置され、かつ前記パワー半導体回路部と対向する位置に配置され、
前記第1駆動回路基板は、前記制御回路基板から出力される前記第2制御信号を前記第2駆動回路基板に中継する中継配線を有する電力変換装置。 - 請求項1に記載の電力変換装置であって、
前記第1駆動回路基板は、第1導電層を有し、
前記第1導電層は、前記パワー半導体回路部又は前記DCDCコンバータ回路部と前記中継配線との間に配置される電力変換装置。 - 請求項2に記載の電力変換装置であって、
前記第1駆動回路基板は、前記中継配線を挟んで前記第1導電層とは反対側に配置される第2導電層を有する電力変換装置。 - 請求項1ないし3に記載のいずれかの電力変換装置であって、
前記パワー半導体回路部と前記DCDCコンバータ回路部と第1駆動回路基板と前記第2駆動回路基板と前記制御回路基板とを収納しかつ導電性部材により構成されるハウジングを備え、
前記ハウジングは、第1空間と第2空間を仕切る壁を有し、
前記制御回路基板は、前記第1空間に配置され、
前記パワー半導体回路部と前記DCDCコンバータ回路部と前記第1駆動回路基板と前記第2駆動回路基板は、前記第2空間に配置され、
前記壁は、前記制御回路基板と前記第1駆動回路基板を接続する接続部材を貫通する貫通孔を形成する電力変換装置。 - 請求項1ないし4に記載のいずれかの電力変換装置であって、
前記第1駆動回路基板において、前記第2駆動回路基板との接続部と前記制御回路基板との接続部の少なくとも一方は、雄側コネクタと雌側コネクタを直接接続するコネクタ構造である電力変換装置。 - 請求項1ないし5に記載のいずれかの電力変換装置であって、
前記DCDCコンバータ回路部は、トランスを含んで構成され、
前記トランスは、前記パワー半導体回路部を挟んで前記第1駆動回路基板と対向する位置に配置される電力変換装置。 - 請求項1ないし6に記載のいずれかの電力変換装置であって、
前記DCDCコンバータ回路部は、トランスと、当該トランスと低電圧電源の間に電気的に接続された低電圧側回路と、当該トランスと高電圧電源の間に電気的に接続された高電圧側回路と、を含んで構成され、
前記低電圧側回路は、前記高電圧側回路よりも前記制御回路基板に近い側に配置されかつ当該制御回路基板からの制御信号により制御される電力変換装置。 - 請求項1ないし6に記載のいずれかの電力変換装置であって、
前記第1駆動回路基板は、前記パワー半導体回路部を駆動する駆動回路部と、当該駆動回路部に電力を供給する電源回路部と、を含んで構成され、
前記中継配線は、前記駆動回路部よりも前記電源回路部に近い側に配置される電力変換装置。 - 請求項8に記載の電力変換装置であって、
前記第1駆動回路基板は、前記制御回路基板と接続するための第1コネクタと、前記第2駆動回路基板と接続するための第2コネクタと、を含んで構成され、
前記第1コネクタ及び前記第2コネクタは、前記駆動回路部よりも前記電源回路部に近い側に配置される電力変換装置。 - 請求項1ないし8に記載のいずれかの電力変換装置であって、
前記第1駆動回路基板を支持する支持部材を備え、
前記第1駆動回路基板は、前記制御回路基板と接続するための第1コネクタを含んで構成され、
前記支持部材は、前記第1コネクタを収納する凹部を形成する電力変換装置。
