Description
Claims (17)
- 一方向に血流を維持するための経皮的臨時バルブシステムであって、
血液に対し非透過性で、バルブ本体と複数の線材とを備える臨時バルブと、
シースと
を備え、
各前記線材は第1端で前記バルブ本体の縁に、第2端で管状の中央コアに連結され、
前記臨時バルブは、心臓拡張期に径方向外側に広がり心臓収縮期に径方向に収縮し、
前記シースは、前記臨時バルブ及び前記中央コアを包含して送達し、
前記臨時バルブ及び前記中央コアは、裏返った送達形態及びめくれ返った留置形態を有する
ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記臨時バルブはクラゲ形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記中央コアは、形状記憶材料を有し、前記シースは、前記裏返った送達形態の前記中央コアを拘束することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記中央コアは、紐状に編まれたものまたはメッシュであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは、前記シースに拘束されると共に、自らが押されることにより前記中央コア及び前記臨時バルブを裏返すプッシャを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記中央コアは、押される表面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記臨時バルブ及び前記中央コアのそれぞれは、開いた中心領域を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記経皮的臨時バルブシステムは、血液に透過性であり且つ塞栓に非透過性であるフィルタユニットを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記臨時バルブは、血液に非透過性であるバルブ構造と、血液に透過性であるが塞栓に非透過性であるフィルタ構造とを有し、前記臨時バルブは、血液の流れと塞栓の捕集を同時に制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 一方向に血流を維持するための経皮的臨時バルブフィルタ装置であって、
前記バルブフィルタ装置は、
血液に非透過性であるバルブ構造と、
血液に透過性であるが塞栓に非透過性であるフィルタ構造と
を備え、
前記バルブフィルタ装置は、血液の流れと塞栓の捕集を同時に制御し、
前記バルブ構造は、臨時バルブと、中央コアと、前記臨時バルブ及び前記中央コアを送達するシースとを備え、
前記バルブ構造は、バルブ本体と複数の線材とを備え、
各前記線材は第1端で前記バルブ本体の縁に、第2端で管状の中央コアに連結され、
前記中央コアは、前記シースに接続され、
前記バルブ構造及び前記中央コアは、裏返った送達形態及びめくれ返った留置形態を有する
ことを特徴とするバルブフィルタ装置。 - 前記フィルタ構造は、直径10〜2000μmの範囲の空孔を有することを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバルブフィルタ装置。
- 前記空孔は、直径が50〜500μmの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のバルブフィルタ装置。
- 前記空孔は、直径が80〜200μmの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のバルブフィルタ装置。
- 請求項10〜13のいずれか1項に記載のバルブフィルタ装置と、
管腔を有する第1送達装置と
を備える臨時バルブを留置させるシステムであって、
前記バルブフィルタ装置は、前記第1送達装置に設けられる
ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 前記第1送達装置の前記管腔は、第2送達装置が通り抜けるのに十分に大きな内径を有することを特徴とする請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 第2送達装置と、血管に移植される経皮的臨時バルブ装置とを有することを特徴とする請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 自己弁を修復するバルブ修復具をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のシステム。
