Claims (13)
- 空気流中の粉塵粒子又は他の汚染物質を分離するためのデバイスであって、
垂直母線(X)の周囲に重畳した渦巻(1a)の形態で延在している閉鎖された螺旋ダクト(1)であって、前記空気流のための入口と出口(10)との間に延在している螺旋ダクトを備え、
前記空気流から前記粉塵粒子又は他の汚染物質を分離して除去し、且つ、より微細な粉塵粒子を前記垂直母線(X)の方向に搬送するために、前記螺旋ダクトの区間において真空効果を得るように、前記螺旋ダクトの各渦巻は、前記垂直母線を含む断面において、前記垂直母線(X)に対して垂直な方向の第1の寸法(y)が前記垂直母線に対して平行な方向の第2の寸法(x)よりも少なくとも5倍大きい、流路を有することを特徴とする、デバイス。 - 前記流路内の前記垂直母線側の真空値が、−70パスカル未満である、請求項1に記載のデバイス。
- 前記第1の寸法と前記第2の寸法との比率が、10に等しい、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記螺旋ダクトの内側の前記粉塵粒子又は他の汚染物質の速度値が、10〜25m/sの間である、請求項2又は3に記載デバイス。
- 前記螺旋ダクトの各渦巻が、前記垂直母線(X)に対して垂直な方向に対して角度(α)で正又は負に傾斜している、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記角度が、5度〜12度の間である、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 前記粉塵粒子又は他の汚染物質を収集するための収集チャンバ(12)が、前記螺旋ダクトの各渦巻の前記第1の寸法の方向の少なくとも1つの端部に設けられる、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記螺旋ダクトの各渦巻の前記第1の寸法の方向の両方の端部に、それぞれの収集チャンバ(12)が設けられる、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- 前記収集チャンバの内側に含まれる前記粉塵粒子又は他の汚染物質が再度処理されるように、前記収集チャンバが、前記デバイスの前記入口に直接又は粉塵粒子貯蔵タンクを介して接続されているベントを有する、請求項7又は8に記載のデバイス。
- 前記粉塵粒子又は他の汚染物質の吸引を補助し、前記粉塵粒子又は他の汚染物質を前記収集チャンバの内側に閉じ込めるために、前記収集チャンバの内側で真空を発生させるように、吸引装置が、前記収集チャンバ(12)の内側で動作する、請求項7、8、又は9に記載のデバイス。
- 前記収集チャンバと前記螺旋ダクトとの間の分離を確実にするために、偏向羽根(14’’)を含む分離手段(14)が設けられ、前記分離手段が、前記収集チャンバから前記螺旋ダクトへの前記粉塵粒子又は他の汚染物質の戻りを防止する、請求項10に記載のデバイス。
- 収集された前記粉塵粒子又は他の汚染物質の除去を促すために、水または他の溶媒が、前記収集チャンバ(12)の各々の内側に循環される、請求項7〜11のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
- 前記粉塵粒子又は他の汚染物質を適切な方向に推進することを補助し、その化学的除去を実行するように、空気、水、又は他の流体の加圧ジェットを排出することができるブロー手段(13)が、前記螺旋ダクトの各渦巻の内側に設けられる、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のデバイス。
