Claims (7)
- ステアリングホイールの回転に伴って変化する伝達比を有する車両用の操舵伝動装置であって、ステアリングピニオン(9)が、ステアリングラック(5)と噛み合う操舵伝動装置において、
前記ステアリングピニオン(9)はステアリングシャフト(3)に回動固定されて連結されており、
前記ステアリングラック(5)の歯列が、一定のねじれ角を有しており、
前記ステアリングピニオンの歯列は、ピニオン全周にわたって変化するねじれ角を有していることを特徴とする、操舵伝動装置。 - 前記ステアリングピニオン(9)の前記歯列は、異なるねじれ角を有する少なくとも2つのねじれ角部分(10,11)を有しており、前記各ねじれ角部分(10,11)の範囲内では、ねじれ角は一定である、請求項1記載の操舵伝動装置。
- 前記ねじれ角部分(10,11)内のねじれ角は、少なくとも10°異なっている、請求項2記載の操舵伝動装置。
- 前記ねじれ角部分(10,11)内のねじれ角は、最大で45°異なっている、請求項2または3記載の操舵伝動装置。
- 前記ステアリングピニオン(9)は、伝動装置ハウジング(4)内で自身の回転軸線(9a)周りのみで支持されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の操舵伝動装置。
- 前記ステアリングラック(5)の、前記歯列(13)が存在している側面は、湾曲して形成されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の操舵伝動装置。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の操舵伝動装置(8)を備えた操舵システム。
