Description
本実施の形態のスイッチの構成について、図2の(a)(b)及び図3に基づいて説明する。図2の(a)は、本実施の形態のスイッチにおける操作部50を押圧操作していない状態の構成を示す斜視図であり、図2の(b)は、前記スイッチ1における操作部50を押圧操作した状態の構成を示す斜視図である。図3は、本実施の形態のスイッチの構成を示す分解斜視図である。
前記構成のスイッチ1における操作部50の非押し下げ時と押し下げ時の動作について、図4の(a)(b)及び前記図2の(a)(b)に基づいて説明する。図4の(a)は、スイッチ1における操作部50の非押し下げ時つまり操作部50が上限位置に存在するときの状態を示す断面図であり、図4の(b)は、スイッチ1における操作部50の押し下げ時つまり操作部50が下限位置に存在するときの状態を示す断面図である。
本実施の形態のスイッチ1における操作部50の引き抜き強度の向上について、図1の(a)(b)及び前記図3に基づいて説明する。図1の(a)は、本実施の形態のスイッチ1の構成を示す断面図である。図1の(b)は、前記スイッチ1の操作部50の構成を下方から見上げた状態を示す斜視図である。

Claims (4)
- ベースと、
前記ベースの上方に配置され、かつ外力に応じて上下方向に移動する操作部と、
前記操作部の前記上下方向移動を案内し、かつ前記ベースと前記操作部とに支持されるリンク部材とを備え、
前記ベースに設けられたベース側係止部と、前記操作部に設けられた操作部側係止部とが互いに係止されることにより、前記操作部が許容移動範囲の上端を超えて移動することが抑止され、
前記ベース側係止部と前記操作部側係止部との少なくとも一方が、弾性を有する部材によって構成されており、前記ベース側係止部と前記操作部側係止部とがスナップフィット構造によって互いに係止されることを特徴とするスイッチ。 - 前記操作部が前記許容移動範囲の上端に配置されている状態において、
前記リンク部材の一部が、前記ベース側係止部と前記操作部側係止部との少なくとも一方の弾性変形を抑制する位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスイッチ。 - 前記リンク部材が、第1リンク部材と第2リンク部材からなっており、
前記第1リンク部材と第2リンク部材とを互いに回動自在に軸支して連結する連結部を備えていると共に、
前記第1リンク部材及び第2リンク部材が、前記ベース又は操作部のいずれか一方に支持される連結部側被支持部と、前記ベース又は操作部のいずれか他方に支持される端部側被支持部とをそれぞれ備え、
前記端部側被支持部が、前記ベース側係止部と操作部側係止部との少なくとも一方の弾性変形を抑制する位置に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスイッチ。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のスイッチを複数備えていることを特徴とするキーボード。
