Description
既存のバイオプリンターは一般に、迅速挿入構造体を用いて、当該迅速挿入構造体の両端部がスプレーヘッド及びプリンティング材料容器にそれぞれ接近して差し込まれ且つ、ソケットされるように、スプレーヘッドとプリンティング材料容器とを接続する。そのような接続構造体は、安定性に乏しい。迅速挿入構造体はまた、通常、使用中に他のチューブと協同する必要があり、これはプリンティング材料の温度制御にとって好ましくなく、さらに、取付け及び取外し中に大きな操作スペースが必要である。
Claims (11)
- スプレーヘッド(1)、コネクタ(2)及び排出パイプ(3)を有するバイオプリンティング材料容器を含むバイオプリンターであって、ここで、前記コネクタ(2)の第1の端部が、前記排出パイプ(3)とねじ結合され、前記コネクタ(2)の第2の端部が、前記スプレーヘッド(1)と着脱可能で結合され、着脱可能な円周制限部材が、前記コネクタ(2)と前記スプレーヘッド(1)の間に設けられ、前記コネクタ(2)と前記スプレーヘッド(1)の間の相対回転を制限する、バイオプリンター。
- 前記排出パイプ(3)の出口端部が、第1の雄ねじを備え、前記コネクタ(2)の前記第1の端部が、前記出口端部を収容するための第1の収容空洞を備え、ここで前記第1の収容空洞が、前記第1の雄ねじと篏合する第1の雌ねじが内部に設けられ、前記出口端部が、前記コネクタ(2)の前記第1の端部に挿入され且つ、ねじ結合される、請求項1に記載のバイオプリンター。
- 前記第1の収容空洞が、前記コネクタ(2)の前記第2の端部に向かってテーパになったセクションを有する、請求項2に記載のバイオプリンター。
- 前記第1の収容空洞の前記セクションが、円錐形状である、請求項3に記載のバイオプリンター。
- 前記円錐形状の円錐度が、6%である、請求項4に記載のバイオプリンター。
- 前記スプレーヘッド(1)が、着脱可能且つ、回転不能で取付けられる取付けブロック(4)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバイオプリンター。
- 円周制限構造が、前記スプレーヘッド(1)と前記取付けブロック(4)の間に設けられ、前記スプレーヘッド(1)と前記取付けブロック(4)の相対回転を制限する、請求項6に記載のバイオプリンター。
- 前記スプレーヘッド(1)が、着脱可能且つ、回転不能で取付けられた取付けブロック(4)をさらに含み、ここで、前記コネクタ(2)の前記第2の端部が、第2の雄ねじを備え、前記スプレーヘッド(1)が、前記コネクタ(2)の前記第2の端部を収容するための第2の収容空洞を備え、前記第2の収容空洞が、前記第2の雄ねじと篏合する第2の雌ねじを内部に備え、前記コネクタ(2)の前記第2の端部が、前記第2の収容空洞内に挿入され且つ、ねじ結合される、請求項1に記載のバイオプリンター。
- 前記コネクタ(2)が、前記コネクタ(2)の前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部の間に設けられ且つ、放射状に突出する軸制限部分(21)を含み、前記バイオプリンターが、前記スプレーヘッド(1)と前記軸制限部分(21)の間に設けられた弾性ワッシャを含む、請求項8に記載のバイオプリンター。
- 前記コネクタ(2)の前記第2の端部と前記スプレーヘッド(1)の間のねじ締結力が、前記コネクタ(2)の前記第1端部と前記排出パイプ(3)の間のねじ締結力よりも大きい、請求項8に記載のバイオプリンター。
- 前記バイオプリンターが、3Dバイオプリンターである、請求項1に記載のバイオプリンター。
