Description
表1に示した組成にて、実施例1〜5及び比較例1〜6の歯科用埋没材を調製した。なお、それぞれの成分の単位は重量%である。
<プレス成型試験>
次に、以下の手順に従って、調製された歯科用埋没材に対してプレス成型試験を実施した。
1.実施例1〜5及び比較例1〜6の各歯科用埋没材に、20重量%コロイダルシリカ水溶液を、歯科用埋没材100gに対してコロイダルシリカ水溶液25mLの割合で混合し、歯科用埋没材スラリーを調製した。
2.直径20mmのアクリル円盤を歯科用埋没材スラリーで埋没した。
3.歯科用埋没材が硬化した後、歯科用埋没材スラリーを850℃の電気炉中に60分間静置してアクリル円盤を焼却し、鋳型を得た。
4.得られた鋳型を用いて、二ケイ酸リチウムインゴット(e.max HT A2;イボクラ社製)のプレス成型を下記条件の下で行った。
昇温速度: 60℃/分
最終温度: 930℃、15分間
プレス圧: 220N
プレス時間: 3分間
加熱加圧成型機: ジーシーパナマットプレス(株式会社ジーシー製)
二ケイ酸リチウムインゴット(e.max HT A2)の組成:
SiO2:57〜80重量%
Li2O:11〜19重量%
K2O:0〜13重量%
P2O5:0〜11重量%
ZrO2:0〜8重量%
ZnO:0〜8重量%
その他の酸化物及びセラミック顔料:0〜10重量%
5.鋳型からプレス成型により鋳造されたガラスセラミックス円盤を取り出し、ガラスセラミックス円盤(鋳造体)の表面に対してガラスビーズを用いたサンドブラストを行った。その後、三次元形状測定器(VR-3100;キーエンス社製)を用いて表面粗さRaを測定し、次の指標を用いて鋳造体の面性状を評価した。評価の結果を表1に示す。
B:表面粗さRaが8〜15μm
C:表面粗さRaが15μmを超える
また、プレス成型時の鋳型の破壊の有無を次の指標を用いて評価した。評価の結果を表1に示す。
NG:鋳型の破壊が確認された
Claims (3)
- ケイ酸リチウム系ガラスセラミックスを含む歯科用補綴物の製造に用いられる歯科用埋没材であって、
窒化ホウ素を0.1〜5重量%含むリン酸塩系埋没材であり、
前記窒化ホウ素は、レーザー回折・散乱法によって求められる粒度分布における積算値50%での粒径が50μm以下であることを特徴とする歯科用埋没材。 - 前記窒化ホウ素は、レーザー回折・散乱法によって求められる粒度分布における積算値50%での粒径が1〜20μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の歯科用埋没材。
- リン酸アンモニウムを12重量%以上含むことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の歯科用埋没材。
