Claims (5)
- 公転軸心回りに回転可能に構成され、自転軸心が設けられた回転部と、被処理物を収容可能な容器を保持する容器ホルダーであって、前記回転部に設置されて自転軸心回りに自転可能になると共に該回転部の公転軸心回りの回転によって公転する容器ホルダーと、前記回転部に取り付けられ、前記容器ホルダーを自転させる自転モータとを備え、
前記自転モータの回転軸心と前記公転軸心とを同一軸心上に設定し、前記自転モータの回転軸の回転力を前記容器ホルダーの自転力に変換する変換機構を備え、
前記公転軸を駆動することにより前記回転部を回転させる公転モータを有する公転機構を備え、前記自転モータの回転軸が前記公転軸に回転自在に外嵌されていることを特徴とする公転自転装置。 - 前記自転モータと前記変換機構とで前記容器ホルダーを自転軸心回りに回転させる自転機構を構成し、前記公転機構及び前記自転機構を支持するための固定ベースを備え、前記自転モータが、前記回転部上に取り付けられ、前記固定ベースの上に前記回転部が配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の公転自転装置。
- 前記公転モータが前記固定ベースに取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の公転自転装置。
- 前記回転部上に前記容器ホルダーが複数設けられ、かつ、前記複数の容器ホルダーが前記自転モータよりも水平方向外側に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の公転自転装置。
- 前記公転モータ及び前記自転モータが、ダイレクトドライブモータであることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の公転自転装置。
