Claims (8)
- エアバッグクッション用カバーであって、
エアバッグクッションの展開中に前記カバーの分離を容易にするように構成された弱化領域を備え、前記弱化領域が、
連続的に湾曲したパターンを有する第1のテアシームと、
連続的に湾曲したパターンを有する第2のテアシームとを含み、
前記第1のテアシームと第2のテアシームとが互いに、反射像として重なり合うことを特徴とするエアバッグクッション用カバー。 - 前記第1のテアシームと前記第2のテアシームとの形状が、連続的なカーブを有する正弦波形状であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカバー。
- 前記カバーが、基板を更に備え、
前記基板が、基板テアシームを備え、
前記第1のテアシームと前記第2のテアシームが、前記基板テアシームを中心に鏡映対称に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のカバー。 - 前記第1のテアシームの曲率半径及び、前記第2のテアシームの曲率半径が変化することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載のカバー。
- 前記第1のテアシームの曲率半径が、長さ方向の全域にわたって少なくとも0.5mmであり、前記第2のテアシームの曲率半径が、長さ方向の全域にわたって少なくとも0.5mmである、請求項4に記載のカバー。
- 前記カバーが、皮革素材を含み、前記弱化領域が、前記皮革素材内に形成される、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載のカバー。
- 前記カバーが、前記皮革材料に隣接して位置付けられた基板を更に備える、請求項6に記載のカバー。
- 前記弱化領域が、前記基板内に更に形成される、請求項7に記載のカバー。
