Claims (14)
- 複数の第1のフィラメントを含むワイヤメッシュ加熱素子と、
2つ以上の電極であって、前記2つ以上の電極の間に配置される前記ワイヤメッシュ加熱素子に電流を供給する2つ以上の電極と、
前記ワイヤメッシュ加熱素子が加熱される時に、前記ワイヤメッシュ加熱素子を引張り軸に沿った引張り状態に維持するテンショナと、を備え、
前記ワイヤメッシュ加熱素子の前記複数の第1のフィラメントの一部のフィラメントは前記引張り軸と交差するように配置され、
前記複数の第1のフィラメントが、正方形メッシュを形成し、
前記正方形メッシュにおいて、前記複数の第1のフィラメントの前記一部のフィラメントが前記引張り軸に対して直角に配置され、残りの前記複数の第1のフィラメントは前記引張り軸と平行して配置され、かつ
前記ワイヤメッシュ加熱素子は前記複数の第1のフィラメントと斜めに交差する第2のフィラメントをさらに備えること
を特徴とするワイヤメッシュ加熱装置。 - 複数の第1のフィラメントを含むワイヤメッシュ加熱素子と、
2つ以上の電極であって、前記2つ以上の電極の間に配置される前記ワイヤメッシュ加熱素子に電流を供給する2つ以上の電極と、
前記ワイヤメッシュ加熱素子が加熱される時に、前記ワイヤメッシュ加熱素子を引張り軸に沿った引張り状態に維持するテンショナと、を備え、
前記ワイヤメッシュ加熱素子の前記複数の第1のフィラメントの一部のフィラメントは前記引張り軸と交差するように配置され、
前記複数の第1のフィラメントが、非正方形メッシュを形成し、
前記非正方形メッシュにおいて、前記複数の第1のフィラメントの前記一部のフィラメントが互いに平行で、残りの前記複数の第1のフィラメントが互いに平行で前記一部のフィラメントに対して非直角に配置されること
を特徴とするワイヤメッシュ加熱装置。 - バッテリーを含む電源と、
前記バッテリーを充電する充電器と、
前記バッテリーと前記2つ以上の電極とを電気的に接続するリレーと、
をさらに備える請求項1または2に記載のワイヤメッシュ加熱装置。 - 前記ワイヤメッシュ加熱素子と、前記テンショナと、前記2つ以上の電極とを収容するハウジング
をさらに備える請求項1または2に記載のワイヤメッシュ加熱装置。 - 前記ワイヤメッシュ加熱素子の表面に沿って熱負荷を運ぶ熱負荷運搬装置
をさらに備える請求項1または2に記載のワイヤメッシュ加熱装置。 - 前記テンショナがスプリングを有すること
を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のワイヤメッシュ加熱装置。 - 前記ワイヤメッシュ加熱素子の端部に接して配置される導体バーをさらに備え、前記2つ以上の電極の1つ以上が前記導体バーに直接接続されていること
を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のワイヤメッシュ加熱装置。 - 前記ワイヤメッシュ加熱素子の第1のエッジを支持する固定マウントと、
前記ワイヤメッシュ加熱素子の第2のエッジを支持する軸回転マウントと
をさらに備え、
前記第1のエッジは前記第2のエッジに対向して配置され、
前記テンショナが前記軸回転マウントに接続されていること
を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のワイヤメッシュ加熱装置。 - ワイヤメッシュ加熱素子供給ロールであって、その周りに配置される連続ワイヤメッシュ加熱素子を含むワイヤメッシュ加熱素子供給ロールと、
ワイヤメッシュ加熱素子巻取りロールと、
前記ワイヤメッシュ加熱素子供給ロールから前記ワイヤメッシュ加熱素子巻取りロールまで前記ワイヤメッシュ加熱素子を引っ張るステッピング装置と、
をさらに備え、
前記ワイヤメッシュ加熱素子は前記ワイヤメッシュ加熱素子供給ロールの周りに配置される連続ワイヤメッシュ加熱素子を含むこと
を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のワイヤメッシュ加熱装置。 - 前記2つ以上の電極が、前記ワイヤメッシュ加熱素子と直接接触する接触ローラーと、前記接触ローラーを電源と電気的に接続するブラシブロックと、を有すること
を特徴とする請求項9に記載のワイヤメッシュ加熱装置。 - 前記ワイヤメッシュ巻取りロールと一緒に配置された予備張力をかけたスプリングをさらに備える
請求項9に記載のワイヤメッシュ加熱装置。 - 前記ステッピング装置がモーターを有すること
を特徴とする請求項9に記載のワイヤメッシュ加熱装置。 - 前記モーターが前記連続ワイヤメッシュ加熱素子に直接的に張力を付与することを特徴とする請求項12に記載のワイヤメッシュ加熱装置。
- 加熱サイクルのカウント数に基づいて前記連続ワイヤメッシュ加熱素子を前出しするように前記ステッピング装置に指示するコントローラをさらに備える
