Description
− a)作業面に沿って並進移動できる粉体分配手段を含むレイヤリング装置を用いて、前記作業面上に少なくとも1つの粉体層を堆積させるステップと、
− b)前記堆積した層を、エネルギービームを用いて少なくとも部分的に溶融させるステップと、
− c)溶融した溶融層を積み重ねることによって部品を形成するために、ステップa)及びb)を繰り返すステップと、
を含む。前記装置の分配手段は、部品の各溶融層の長さの方向に対して実質的に平行な方向に移動することができる。ステップa)及びb)は、前記部品の長さが溶融層の積層方向に対して実質的に平行な方向に沿って延び、部品のヘッド部が作業面に対して実質的に垂直に配向されるように部品を形成するために繰り返される。

Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つのエネルギービームを用いた粉体焼結又は粉体溶融による少なくとも1つの部品の付加製造方法であって、前記部品は、2つの対向する前面を有する本体と、前記本体の一端において前記本体の長さと平行に延びて少なくとも前記前面の一方に対して突出する一体型のヘッド部とを含み、前記方法は、
− a)作業面に沿って並進移動できる粉体分配手段を含むレイヤリング装置を用いて、前記作業面上に少なくとも1つの粉体層を堆積させるステップと、
− b)前記堆積した層を、前記エネルギービームを用いて少なくとも部分的に溶融させるステップと、
− c)溶融した溶融層を積み重ねることによって前記部品を形成するために、前記ステップa)及びb)を繰り返すステップと、
を含み、
− 前記装置の前記分配手段は、前記部品の各溶融層の長さの方向に対して実質的に平行な方向に移動することができ、
− 前記ステップa)及びb)は、前記部品の長さが前記溶融層の積層方向に対して実質的に平行な方向に沿って延び、前記部品の前記ヘッド部が前記作業面に対して実質的に垂直に配向されるように前記部品を形成するために繰り返され、
− 前記部品は、前記レイヤリング装置の前記分配手段が、その変位中に、最初に前記部品の前記本体に当接し、次に前記ヘッド部に当接するように配向される、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 複数の部品を同時に形成するように、前記作業面の異なるゾーンに複数の溶融層のスタックが形成される、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記複数の部品は、前記レイヤリング装置の前記分配手段の変位方向に対して横方向に位置する列、及び前記変位方向に対して平行に位置する行から成るマトリクスとして前記作業面上に配置される、
請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記レイヤリング装置の前記分配手段は、前記複数の溶融層のスタックによって共有される、
請求項2又は3に記載の方法。 - 各列及び各行の前記部品は、互いに整列する、
請求項3又は4に記載の方法。 - 1つの列の各部品は、該列の直接隣接する部品に対して前記分配手段の前記変位方向に沿ってオフセットされる、
請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記部品の前記長さは、前記層の前記積層方向との間に−20°〜+20°の角度を形成する方向に沿って延びる、
請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記レイヤリング装置の前記分配手段は、少なくとも1つのローラを含む、
請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記ローラの軸は、前記部品の各溶融層の長さの方向に対して実質的に垂直に配向される、
請求項8に記載の方法。 - 前記部品は、全体的に矩形形状を有する、
請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
