Description
Claims (6)
- ウェブ状第1基材を供給するウェブ状第1基材供給部と、
前記ウェブ状第1基材に水性インクジェット印刷するシングルパス方式のインクジェットプリンタと、
前記水性インクジェット印刷されたウェブ状第1基材に接着剤を塗布する接着剤塗布部と、
前記塗布された接着剤を乾燥せしめる乾燥部と、
前記ウェブ状第1基材と貼り合わされるようにウェブ状第2基材を供給するウェブ状第2基材供給部と、
前記ウェブ状第1基材と前記ウェブ状第2基材とをラミネート加工するラミネート加工部と、
を有する、印刷ラミネート加工インラインシステムであって、
前記インクジェットプリンタが、
前記ウェブ状第1基材に対して水性インクを吐出することにより画像形成を行なう水性インク用のインクジェットプリンタであって、
前記ウェブ状第1基材の連続的な搬送を行なう搬送機構と、
前記搬送機構によって搬送されるウェブ状第1基材の表面に対してシングルパス方式で水性インクを吐出する各色のシングルパス方式インクジェットヘッドと、
前記各色のインクジェットヘッドよりも搬送の上流側に設けられ、前記ウェブ状第1基材の少なくとも表面を加温する各色毎の表面事前加温部と、
を有し、
前記表面事前加温部で加温されたウェブ状第1基材に前記インクジェットヘッドによる画像形成が行われるようにしたインクジェットプリンタであり、
前記インクジェットプリンタの前記表面事前加温部による加温が、前記ウェブ状第1基材の表面に温風を当てる温風吹き付け手段によって加温されてなり、 前記インクジェットプリンタの前記温風吹き付け手段が、前記ウェブ状第1基材の幅方向に亘るスリット状の温風吹き出し口を有するスリット状温風吹き付けノズルが複数個互いに隙間を形成して設けられたノズル群本体と、前記ノズル群本体の前記形成された隙間の雰囲気を吸引する吸引機構と、を有する構成とされてなる、印刷ラミネート加工インラインシステム。 - 前記ラミネート加工がドライラミネーション加工である、請求項1記載の印刷ラミネート加工インラインシステム。
- 前記インクジェットプリンタが、前記ウェブ状第1基材の裏面を加温する裏面加温部をさらに設けてなる、請求項1又は2記載の印刷ラミネート加工インラインシステム。
- 前記インクジェットプリンタの前記裏面加温部による加温が、温風吹き付け手段又はホットプレートによって加温されてなる、請求項3記載の印刷ラミネート加工インラインシステム。
- 前記ウェブ状第1基材及び/又はウェブ状第2基材が透明なフィルムである、請求項1〜4いずれか1項記載の印刷ラミネート加工インラインシステム。
- 請求項1〜5いずれか1項記載の印刷ラミネート加工インラインシステムを用いた印刷ラミネート加工方法であり、
前記インクジェットプリンタでウェブ状第1基材に水性インクジェット印刷し、
前記水性インクジェット印刷されたウェブ状第1基材に接着剤塗布部で接着剤を塗布し、前記塗布された接着剤を前記乾燥部で乾燥せしめ、
前記ウェブ状第1基材と前記ウェブ状第2基材とを貼り合わせてラミネート加工するようにした、印刷ラミネート加工方法。
