Description
Claims (4)
- 液体分配方法であって、
分配デバイスを設ける工程であって、前記デバイスは、
高さ(H)を有するチャンバと、直径(D)を有するノズルと、長さ(L)を有し、液体にエネルギーを印加する活性化要素とを各々が備え、前記チャンバは、再充填時間(RT)で液体を完全に再充填するための容積を有する、複数の液体分配要素と、
前記液体分配要素と流体連通する液体収容リザーバと、
前記液体分配要素と電気通信する制御要素と、を備え、
前記ノズル直径(D)とチャンバ高さ(H)との比は3〜10であり、
1/(RT)を超える周波数で前記活性化要素を繰り返し活性化する工程を含む、方法。 - 前記活性化要素の長さ(L)と前記チャンバの高さ(H)との比は3〜11である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 液体分配デバイスであって、
高さ(H)と再充填時間(RT)で液体を完全に再充填するための容積を有するチャンバと、直径(D)を有するノズルと、長さ(L)を有し、液体にエネルギーを印加する活性化要素とを各々が備える、複数の液体分配要素と、
前記液体分配要素と流体連通する液体収容リザーバと、
前記液体分配要素と電気通信する制御要素と、を備え、
前記制御要素は、1/(RT)を超える周波数で繰り返し活性化されるように、前記活性化要素を制御し、
前記活性化要素の長さ(L)と前記チャンバの高さ(H)との比は3〜11である、デバイス。 - 前記ノズルの直径(D)と前記チャンバの高さ(H)との比は3〜10である、請求項3に記載のデバイス。
