Claims (17)
- 子宮腔にアクセスするための改良型のシステムであって、
前記システムは、シャフト部分に結合された金属製の本体を有する内視鏡を有し、前記シャフト部分は、患者の子宮腔に経頸管的に延びるように構成され、
前記内視鏡は、前記本体から前記シャフト部分の先端部まで延びる第1フローチャネル、第2フローチャネル及び作動チャネルを有し、
前記作動チャネルは、前記シャフト部分を長手方向に貫通する直線チャネル部と、前記本体を貫通する基端部を有し、
前記内視鏡は、更に、前記本体から前記シャフト部分の先端部まで延びる光学チャネルを有し、
前記システムは、更に、前記作動チャネルを通して導入されるように構成された組織切除プローブを有し、
前記組織切除プローブは、細長いシャフトアセンブリを有し、前記シャフトアセンブリは、内腔を有する外部スリーブと、前記内腔内で往復動することができる内部スリーブを有し、前記外部スリーブは、金属材料を含み、
前記システムは、更に、前記本体に着脱式に結合可能なプラスチック製の使い捨てアダプタを有し、
前記使い捨てアダプタは、前記組織切除プローブが前記作動チャネル内に配置されていても配置されていなくても、前記作動チャネルの基端部をシールするように構成され、
前記作動チャネルの基端部は、前記本体の基端面において、前記本体の中を通って前記本体の基端面まで延長された前記直線チャネル部の中心線からオフセットされる、システム。 - 更に、前記第1フローチャネルの基端部に結合された流体源を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 更に、前記流体源に接続された制御部を含み、前記制御部は、前記第1フローチャネルから子宮腔への流れを0ml/分〜750ml/分の流量で選択的に制御するように適合される、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記制御部は、前記作動チャネルを通過する前記子宮腔からの流れを0ml/分〜750ml/分の任意の流量で選択的に制御するように適合される、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 更に、前記第2フローチャネルの基端部に着脱可能に結合された圧力センサを有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記圧力センサは使い捨てである、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記作動チャネルの基端部は、前記基端面において、前記本体の中を通って前記基端面まで延長された前記直線チャネル部の中心線から2mm〜5mmの範囲内の距離だけオフセットされる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記作動チャネルの直線チャネル部の中心線は、直線である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記作動チャネルの基端部の中心線は、前記直線チャネル部の中心線と斜めの角度で交差する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記本体は、光学部を含む角度をなした伸長部を含み、光学チャネルを通して見ることを可能にする、請求項1に記載のシステム
- 前記使い捨てアダプタは、基端側シールと先端側シールを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム
- 前記基端側シールは、前記組織切除プローブが前記作動チャンネル内に配置されているときに前記細長いシャフトアセンブリを延ばしてそれに影響を及ぼすように構成される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記先端側シールは、前記組織切除プローブが前記作動チャンネルにないときに前記作動チャネルを封止するように構成される、請求項11に記載のシステム。

- 前記使い捨てアダプタは、圧力リリーフ弁を含むように構成された内部チャンバを有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
