Claims (16)
- 子宮鏡システムであって、
伸長部分に結合された本体を有する子宮鏡を有し、前記伸長部分は、患者の子宮腔に経皮頸管的に延びるように構成され、
更に、前記本体から前記伸長部分の遠位端部まで延びる第1のチャネル、第2のチャネル、及び第3のチャネルと、
前記第1のチャネルの近位端部に結合可能な流体源と、
前記第2のチャネルの近位端部に結合可能な圧力センサと、
前記第3のチャネルを通して導入されるように構成された組織切除プローブと、を有し、前記第3のチャネルは、前記伸長部分を長手方向に貫通する直線チャネル部と、前記本体を貫通する近位チャネル部を有し、
前記第3のチャネルの近位チャネル部の中心軸線は、前記本体の近位面のところで、前記本体の近位面まで延長された前記第3のチャネルの直線チャネル部の仮想中心軸線からオフセットされ、
前記本体は、光学部を含む角度をなした伸長部を含む、子宮鏡システム。 - 前記子宮鏡は、光学チャネルとして構成された第4のチャネルと、前記本体の光コネクタに結合された光源と、前記本体から前記伸長部分の遠位端部まで延びる光ガイドとして構成された第5のチャネルを含む、請求項1に記載の子宮鏡システム。
- 前記角度をなした伸長部は、前記光学チャネルを通して見ることを可能にするプリズムを有する、請求項2に記載の子宮鏡システム。
- ビデオカメラが、前記角度をなした伸長部の近位端部に結合可能である、請求項1に記載の子宮鏡システム。
- 前記角度をなした伸長部は、前記本体まで斜めの角度で配置される、請求項1に記載の子宮鏡システム。
- 前記近位チャネル部は、前記第3のチャネル内の前記組織切除プローブの回転を許しながら、選択されたレベルの抵抗を、前記第3のチャネルの中を通る前記組織切除プローブの軸線方向の摺動に与える、請求項1に記載の子宮鏡システム。
- 前記組織切除プローブは、細長いシャフトアセンブリを有し、前記シャフトアセンブリは、内腔を有する外部スリーブと、前記内腔内で往復動することができる内部スリーブを有する、請求項1に記載の子宮鏡システム。
- 前記外部スリーブは、金属材料で構成される、請求項7に記載の子宮鏡システム。
- 更に、前記流体源に接続された制御部を含み、前記制御部は、第1のチャネルから子宮腔への流れを0ml/分〜750ml/分の流量で選択的に制御するように適合される、請求項1に記載の子宮鏡システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記圧力センサに結合され、子宮腔内の圧力を0mmHg〜150mmHgの任意のレベルに選択的に制御するように構成される、請求項9に記載の子宮鏡システム。
- 前記制御部は、第3のチャネルを通過する子宮腔からの流れを0ml/分〜750ml/分の任意の流量に選択的に制御するように適合される、請求項1に記載の子宮鏡システム。
- 前記第2のチャネルの断面積は、0.5mm2よりも大きく、選択的には、1.0mm2よりも大きい、請求項1に記載の子宮鏡システム。
- 前記第3のチャネルの近位チャネル部は、前記近位面のところで、前記本体の中を通って前記近位面まで延ばされた前記直線チャネル部の中心軸線から2mm〜5mmの範囲の距離だけオフセットされる、請求項1に記載の子宮鏡システム。
- 更に、前記本体に着脱式に結合可能な使い捨てアダプタ構成要素を有し、前記使い捨てアダプタ構成要素は、前記組織切除プローブが前記第3のチャネル内に配置されていても配置されていなくても、前記第3のチャネルの近位端部をシールするように構成される、請求項1に記載の子宮鏡システム。
- 前記使い捨てアダプタ構成要素の近位シールが、伸長するように構成され、前記組織切除プローブが前記第3のチャネル内に配置されているときに前記組織切除プローブを邪魔する、請求項14に記載の子宮鏡システム。
- 前記使い捨てアダプタ構成要素の遠位シールが、前記組織切除プローブが前記第3のチャネルにないときに第3のチャネルをシールするように構成される、請求項14に記載の子宮鏡システム。
