Claims (4)
- 受光素子の受光面上に光学的不連続面によりピクセル化した、3以上の2次元シンチレータアレイを積層し、放射線を検出したシンチレータ素子の応答を受光面上で識別可能とすることで、放射線検出位置を3次元で得るようにした積層型放射線3次元位置検出器において、
放射線入射面側の1層目のシンチレータアレイのみのピクセルピッチを、2層目以上のシンチレータアレイのピクセルピッチよりも小さくして、前記放射線入射面側の1層目のシンチレータアレイを高分解能化したことを特徴とする積層型放射線3次元位置検出器。 - 前記1層目と2層目のシンチレータアレイの間にライトガイドを挿入して、前記1層目のシンチレータアレイで発生したシンチレーション光が前記2層目のシンチレータアレイにも広がるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層型放射線3次元位置検出器。
- 前記放射線入射面側の1層目のシンチレータアレイのピクセルピッチが、縦方向及び/又は横方向に、前記2層目以上のシンチレータアレイのピクセルピッチの2以上の自然数分の1とされていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の積層型放射線3次元位置検出器。
- 前記放射線入射面側の1層目のシンチレータアレイへの放射線入射位置が、空気層と光学接着層の配置パターンにより受光面上で識別可能とされていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の積層型放射線3次元位置検出器。
