Claims (2)
- 車両の傾斜角度を検出する傾斜角度検出手段と、
前記傾斜角度検出手段の検出した傾斜角度が所定角度以上である場合にカウントするカウント手段と、
前記カウント手段のカウントが所定回数連続した場合に前記車両が転倒したと判定する判定手段とを備え、
前記傾斜角度検出手段は、前記車両の角度を検出する検出間隔を決定する間隔決定手段を備え、
前記間隔決定手段は、前記検出間隔を不定化させ、
前記間隔決定手段は、
ホワイトノイズを発生するノイズ発生手段と、
前記ホワイトノイズからパルス信号を発生させるパルス信号発生手段とを備え、
前記パルス信号のパルス間隔を前記検出間隔とすることを特徴とする車両の転倒検出装置。 - 前記傾斜角度検出手段は、加速度センサを用いて前記車両の垂直起立時の垂直方向への加速度を検出するものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の転倒検出装置。
