Claims (20)
- 第1電極板、第2電極板、及び前記第1電極板と前記第2電極板との間のセパレータを具備した電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体の一端に付着された保護フィルムと、
前記電極組立体を収容するカンと、
前記カンと結合するキャッププレートと、を含み、
前記電極組立体の一端は、前記カンの底面と隣接した前記電極組立体の下面であり、
前記電極組立体の下面で、前記セパレータは、前記第1電極板及び前記第2電極板より前記保護フィルムに向けてさらに突出し、
前記保護フィルムは、前記電極組立体の下面の全面を覆い、突出した前記セパレータの端部と熱融着された二次電池。 - 前記保護フィルムは、前記セパレータの端部と熱融着された第1層と、前記第1層上に積層された第2層と、を含み、
前記第1層と前記第2層は、互いに異なる材質から形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1層の融点は、前記セパレータの融点、及び前記第2層の融点より低いことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1層は、エチレン−αオレフイン共重合体またはプロピレン−αオレフイン共重合体から形成されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1層の厚みは、1μmないし50μmであることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2層は、ポリプロピレンから形成されたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2層の厚みは、1μmないし100μmであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記保護フィルムは、複数のホールを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1電極板及び前記第2電極板は、前記保護フィルムと離隔されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記保護フィルムは、前記電極組立体の側面の一部と付着されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 第1電極板、第2電極板、及び前記第1電極板と前記第2電極板との間のセパレータが共に巻き取られたゼリーロール状の電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体の下面に付着された保護フィルムと、を含み、
前記保護フィルムは、前記電極組立体の下面の全面を覆い、
前記電極組立体の下面で、前記セパレータは、前記第1電極板及び前記第2電極板より前記保護フィルムに向けてさらに突出し、
前記保護フィルムは、前記セパレータの端部と熱融着された第1層と、前記第1層上に積層された第2層と、を含み、
前記第1電極板及び前記第2電極板は、前記保護フィルムと離隔された二次電池。 - 前記第1層と前記第2層は、互いに異なる材質から形成され、
前記第1層の融点は、前記セパレータの融点、及び前記第2層の融点より低いことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の二次電池。 - 前記第1層の融点は、60℃ないし100℃であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1層は、エチレン−αオレフイン共重合体またはプロピレン−αオレフイン共重合体から形成されたことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1層の厚みは、1μmないし50μmであることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2層は、ポリプロピレンから形成されたことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の二次電池。
- 前記第2層の厚みは、1μmないし100μmであることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の二次電池。
- 前記保護フィルムは、複数のホールを含み、前記ホールそれぞれの大きさは、30μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の二次電池。
- 前記保護フィルムは、前記電極組立体の側面の一部と付着されたことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体を収容するカン、及び前記カンと結合するキャッププレートをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の二次電池。
