Description
まずは、面状照明装置10の概要について、図1を用いて説明する。図1は、実施形態に係る面状照明装置10の外観の一例を示した正面図である。図1に示すように、実施形態に係る面状照明装置10は、遮光シート30で覆われていない出射領域である有効エリア40から光を出射する。すなわち、遮光シート30により、有効エリア40が規定される。
つづいて、面状照明装置10の詳細な構成について、図2を用いて説明する。図2は、図1のA−A線における断面図である。図2に示すように、面状照明装置10は、フレーム11と、基板12と、接続部材13と、LED14と、導光板15と、第1連結部材16と、第2連結部材17と、拡散シート18と、プリズムシート19と、反射シート21と、遮光シート30とを含む。
つづいて、実施形態にかかる基板12の詳細な構成およびLED14の詳細な配置について、図3Aおよび図3Bを用いて説明する。図3Aは、実施形態に係る基板12の搭載面12a側を模式的に示した正面図であり、図3Bは、実施形態に係る基板12の配線面12b側を模式的に示した正面図である。
以降においては、実施形態に係る基板12の各種変形例について説明する。図6Aは、実施形態の変形例1に係る基板12の搭載面12a側を模式的に示した正面図であり、図6Bは、実施形態の変形例1に係る基板12の配線面12b側を模式的に示した正面図である。

Claims (6)
- 帯形状の帯状部と、前記帯状部の中央部から前記帯状部の短手方向に向かって突出する外部接続部とを有し、1つの主面である搭載面と、前記搭載面とは反対側の面である配線面とが設けられる基板と、
複数の光源が直列に接続されて設けられ、両端側にそれぞれ第1極と第2極とを有し、前記基板の前記帯状部における前記搭載面に前記帯状部の長手方向に沿って並んで配置され、前記光源の発光面が導光板の側面と対向する複数の光源ユニットと、
前記基板の前記配線面に設けられ、前記帯状部の前記外部接続部とは反対側に前記帯状部の長手方向に沿って配置される配線を有し、前記外部接続部と前記第1極との間を共通して接続する第1配線と、
前記基板の前記配線面に設けられ、前記外部接続部と前記第2極との間を接続する第2配線と、
を備え、
前記外部接続部は複数の前記光源ユニットに対して1つ設けられ、
1つの外部接続部に対応するすべての前記光源ユニットの前記第1極は、当該光源ユニットの前記第2極よりも当該外部接続部から離れて設けられ、
前記第2配線は、複数設けられ、複数の前記第2配線が前記外部接続部と複数の前記第2極との間を個別に接続して、前記複数の光源ユニットに個別に電力の供給を可能とし、
前記第1配線は、前記外部接続部から延びる1本の配線を有し、該1本の配線は、前記外部接続部に隣接する一対の前記光源ユニットの前記第2極の間を経由して、前記帯状部において前記外部接続部が設けられる長辺とは反対側の長辺に近接する位置に延び、前記帯状部の長手方向に沿って配置される配線に接続されている、
