Description
Claims (7)
- ポンプ入口取り付け具、及びポスト断面を備えた保持ポストに取り付けるためのフィルタであって、
多孔質材料から形成されたフィルタ本体と、
前記ポンプ入口取り付け具に前記フィルタを結合するために前記フィルタ本体に取り付けられたプラスチック出口ポートであって、該プラスチック出口ポートが前記フィルタからポンプへの所期流体流方向によって定義された流れ軸線を有している、プラスチック出口ポートと、
前記プラスチック出口ポートに形成されたプラスチック保持器であって、該プラスチック保持器が、前記流れ軸線に対して垂直な平面内に延びるタブを含み、該タブが、前記ポンプに面する第1面と、該ポンプから離反する第2面とを有し、かつ、前記プラスチック出口ポートの全周にわたって連続的に延びている、プラスチック保持器と、
を含み、
前記タブが、前記保持ポストを受容するために前記プラスチック出口ポートの周りに半径方向に配置された少なくとも3つのアパーチャを含み、複数の該アパーチャが前記第1面から前記第2面へ延びており、複数の該アパーチャが、前記第2面を含む前記第1面と前記第2面との間で前記流れ軸線と交差する少なくとも1つの半径方向平面内で、前記保持ポストの断面よりも小さな有効断面を有し、
個々の前記アパーチャの内側は、前記保持ポストを保持する把持力を増大させると共に、位置決めのための複数の突起又はラグを有し、
前記タブは、前記少なくとも3つのアパーチャを規定する少なくとも3つの花弁を含む花形状を有し、
前記少なくとも3つのアパーチャ間の領域は、前記タブ上で花形状の前記少なくとも3つの花弁を形成するために取り除かれている、
ことを特徴とするフィルタ。 - 前記タブが、5つ又はそれ以上の花弁にセグメント化され、個々の前記花弁はアパーチャを有し、前記花弁は前記プラスチック出口ポートの周囲に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 複数の前記アパーチャが、前記プラスチック出口ポートの周囲で円周方向に等間隔に離間していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 前記タブが前記プラスチック出口ポートの全周にわたって連続的に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 前記フィルタが、前記流れ軸線に対する有限数のポスト保持位置を提供することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- プラスチックコネクタが、前記プラスチック出口ポートから半径方向外側に向かって突出する回転防止位置決めタブを含み、前記タブは前記流れ軸線に平行である半径方向平面面に配置されている、請求項1に記載のフィルタ。
- 前記出口ポートは、円筒形出口と、該円筒形出口から半径方向外側に延びるベースフランジとを有し、前記流れ軸線の方向において、前記タブは前記ベースフランジから長手方向に間隔を置いて位置し、前記回転防止位置決めタブは前記ベースフランジと前記タブに接続し、前記タブは前記出口ポートから半径方向外側に突出し、前記回転防止位置決めタブの内縁は前記円筒形出口から間隔を開けて配置され、前記保持ポストの最大長さのために空間及びクリアランスを提供する、請求項6に記載のフィルタ。
