Claims (4)
- オーガユニット(17)の製氷部(20)が、回転駆動されるオーガ(21)と、オーガ(21)を収容する製氷筒(35)と、製氷筒(35)の上端に配置される排出筒(36)と、排出筒(36)の内部に複数個のボルト(37)で固定される押圧頭(38)とを備えており、
排出筒(36)の内面と押圧頭(38)の周面との間に複数個の氷圧縮通路(46)が区画されており、
排出筒(36)の周囲に、氷圧縮通路(46)を加熱するベルトヒータ(57)と、ベルトヒータ(57)を排出筒(36)に密着させた状態で保形し支持するヒータ支持枠(64)とが設けてあり、
ベルトヒータ(57)が、周方向に隣接するボルト(37)の操作頭部(52)の間で排出筒(36)に密着して伝熱する複数個の伝熱部(61)と、操作頭部(52)の外面を迂回する状態で折り曲げられる屈曲隅部(62)とを備えることを特徴とするオーガ式製氷機。 - 排出筒(36)の下端部の周囲に、ヒータ支持枠(64)を支持する支持板(88)が設けられており、
ヒータ支持枠(64)が複数個の部分枠(65・66)で構成されて、各部分枠(65・66)に締結座(77・78)が形成されており、
一対の締結座(77・78)と支持板(88)の三者が厚み方向へ重ねられて、ねじ(81)で締結固定されている請求項1に記載のオーガ式製氷機。 - ヒータ支持枠(64)の1個所のみがねじ(81)で支持板(88)に固定されている請求項2に記載のオーガ式製氷機。
- 排出筒(36)の下端部の周囲に、排出筒(36)の周面から滴下する結露水を受け止めるドレンパン(87)が固定されており、
ドレンパン(87)の底壁が支持板(88)を兼ねている請求項2または3に記載のオーガ式製氷機。
