Claims (2)
- 繊維配向および整列システムであって、
繊維配向および整列ヘッドと、
前記繊維配向および整列ヘッドに接続された貯蔵器と、
を備え、
前記繊維配向および整列ヘッドが、
前記貯蔵器からのランダム配向繊維を保持する溶液を受容するように配列された、入口と、
配向構成要素であって、前記入口からの溶液を受容し、作動して前記溶液内で所定の単一方向において整列された繊維を製造するように位置付けされた、配向構成要素と、
前記整列された繊維を伴う溶液を受容し、基材上にそれらを整列方向に堆積するように配列された出口と、
前記出口を通過した流体を収集し、前記繊維の整列を補助する溶液の二次フローを生成し、未使用の流体を前記溶液の貯蔵器に戻すように位置付けされた、リサイクル出口と、
前記入口、前記配向構成要素、前記出口および前記リサイクル出口を含む、ヘッドハウジングと
を含む、繊維配向および整列システム。 - 前記配向構成要素が、入口に収縮を含み、前記収縮は、前記ランダム配向繊維をフローの軸に平行な方向に整列させるのに十分に狭く、また、一方向で前記収縮よりも広く該一方向に垂直な方向で前記収縮よりも狭いことにより前記繊維を前記フローの軸に垂直な方向に整列させる出口部分を含む、請求項1に記載の繊維配向および整列システム。
