Claims (10)
- ハウジングと、
ランダム配向繊維を保持する溶液を受容するように配列された前記ハウジングへの入口と、
前記ハウジング内の配向構成要素であって、前記入口からの溶液を受容し、作動して所定の単一方向において整列された繊維を製造するように位置付けされた配向構成要素と、
前記整列された繊維を受容し、基材上にそれらを堆積するように配列された前記ハウジング上の出口と
を含む堆積ノズル。 - 前記配向構成要素が少なくとも2つのローラーを含む、請求項1に記載の堆積ノズル。
- 前記ローラーが、前記ローラーに接続されたアクチュエーターを含み、前記アクチュエーターが互いに向かい合った前記ローラーを回転させる、請求項2に記載の堆積ノズル。
- 多孔質基材と、
堆積ノズルと、
前記堆積ノズルに接続された溶液中のランダム配向繊維の貯蔵器と、
(前記堆積ノズル位置は、前記多孔質基材に隣接し、前記貯蔵器に接続され、前記ノズルは、前記ランダム配向繊維を受容し、整列された繊維をアウトプットする)と、
前記堆積ノズルが前記多孔質基材上に整列された繊維を堆積し、前記整列された繊維を有する繊維プレフォームを製造するときに前記多孔質基材から流体を除去するために前記多孔質基材に接続された真空機と
を含むシステム。 - 前記マトリックス材料が前記繊維プレフォームに注入できるように位置付けされたマトリックス材料の貯蔵器をさらに含む、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 熱源をさらに含む、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記マトリックス材料に圧力を適用するための圧力源をさらに含み、前記マトリックスの浸透を補助し、前記マトリックス材料を前記繊維プレフォームに硬化する、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記堆積ノズルが、
ハウジングと、
ランダム配向繊維を保持する溶液を受容するように配列された前記ハウジングへの入口と、
前記ハウジング内の配向構成要素であって、前記入口からの溶液を受容し、作動して所定の単一方向において整列された繊維を製造するように位置付けされた配向構成要素と、
前記繊維を受容し、基材上にそれらを堆積するように配列された前記ハウジング上の出口と
をさらに含む、請求項4に記載のシステム。 - 溶液中のランダム配向繊維の貯蔵器を提供する工程と、
配向構成要素を有するノズルを通して整列された繊維の溶液としてランダム配向繊維の溶液を多孔質基材上に分配する工程と、
前記繊維を固定して繊維プレフォームを形成する工程と
を含む方法。 - 前記繊維プレフォームにマトリックスを浸透させる工程をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
