Claims (6)
- 過熱破壊スイッチであって、座体と、第1導電部材と、第2導電部材と、可動導電部材と、過熱破壊部材と、操作ユニットと、第2弾性部材を含み、
該座体が収納空間を備え、
該第1導電部材が該座体に穿置され、
該第2導電部材が該座体に穿置され、
該可動導電部材が該収納空間内に設置され、該第1導電部材に電気的に接続されるとともに、該第2導電部材に選択的に接続され、該可動導電部材がロッキング導電部材であり、該ロッキング導電部材の該第1導電部材近くに収容槽が設けられ、該過熱破壊部材が該収容槽に配置され、該ロッキング導電部材が一体として湾曲形成された第1壁面と、第2壁面と、底壁を備え、該底壁の両側に側壁が延伸され、該第1壁面、該第2壁面、該底壁、該側壁により共同で該収容槽が定義され、
該過熱破壊部材が、破壊温度下で破壊され、該破壊温度が100℃〜250℃であり、該過熱破壊部材が該可動導電部材上に配置され、該過熱破壊部材が破壊部と、凸部を含み、
該操作ユニットが該座体に組み込まれ、操作部材と、第1弾性部材を含み、該第1弾性部材が該過熱破壊部材と該操作部材の間で圧縮されて規制され、第1弾性力を有し、該第1弾性部材の一端が該破壊部に固定して当接され、該凸部が該破壊部上に位置し、該凸部が該第1弾性部材内に挿入され、
該第2弾性部材が第2弾性力を備え、該第2弾性力が該操作部材に作用し、
該操作部材が第1位置にあるとき、該第1弾性力が該可動導電部材を該第2導電部材に接触させて通電状態を形成し、該通電状態下で、電流が該第1導電部材、該可動導電部材、該第2導電部材を通過して熱エネルギーが生成され、該過熱破壊部材が該熱エネルギーを吸収し、該破壊温度下で破壊され、それにより該第1弾性力が小さくなるか失われ、このとき該第2弾性力が該第1弾性力より大きくなり、該第2弾性力が該操作部材を第2位置まで移動させ、それにより該可動導電部材が該第2導電部材を離脱して電力切断状態が形成される、ことを特徴とする、過熱破壊スイッチ。 - 前記第1弾性部材及び該第2弾性部材がばねである、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の過熱破壊スイッチ。
- 前記ロッキング導電部材が該第1導電部材に可動的に跨設され、シーソーのような運動形態で該ロッキング導電部材と該第2導電部材が接触または分離される、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の過熱破壊スイッチ。
- 前記操作部材に枢着点が設けられ、該枢着点が該座体に枢着され、該操作部材が該枢着点を軸心として一定限度内で往復枢動し、該第1弾性部材が該操作部材及び該過熱破壊部材に固定して連接され、かつ該枢着点に相隣して配置され、該第1弾性部材が該操作部材の枢動に伴い湾曲変形することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の過熱破壊スイッチ。
- スイッチを備えたコンセントであって、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載された過熱破壊スイッチ、活線差込片、活線導電部材、中性線導電部材、ハウジングを含み、そのうち、
該ハウジングが、活線差込口と、中性線差込口を含み、
該活線差込片が該第2導電部材に電気的に接続され、該活線差込片が活線差込部を含み、該活線差込部が該活線差込口に対応し、
該活線導電部材が活線連接端を含み、該活線連接端が該第1導電部材に電気的に接続され、
該中性線導電部材が中性線差込部を含み、かつ該中性線差込部が該中性線差込口に対応している、
ことを特徴とする、スイッチを備えたコンセント。 - 前記過熱破壊スイッチが複数であり、該活線差込口が複数であり、該活線差込片が複数であり、各活線差込片が各該第2導電部材にそれぞれ単独で電気的に接続され、該活線導電部材が複数の活線連接端を含み、各活線連接端が各該第1導電部材に電気的に接続され、該中性線差込口が複数であり、該中性線差込部が複数であり、すべての該中性線差込部が該中性線導電部材に接続されたことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のスイッチを備えたコンセント。
