Description
まず、低粘度液状エポキシ樹脂組成物を下記のように製造した。
二官能性エポキシ樹脂(Diluted Epoxy Resin;錦湖P&B化学、KER 815)100重量部に、第1硬化剤(Isophorone diamine;国都化学、IPDA)5重量部、第2硬化剤(Polyether diamine;ハンツマン、JEFFAMINE D−230)20重量部を添加した。
前記混合物は、撹拌器を利用して5分間機械的に混合し、エポキシ樹脂組成物を製造した。
前記で得られたエポキシ樹脂組成物を炭素繊維トウに含浸させて、炭素繊維複合材料を製造した。次に、湿式フィラメントワインダー(Wet Filament Winder)を利用してエポキシ樹脂組成物が含浸された炭素繊維複合材料(Toray T700S)を、100L容量のプラスチックライナーに巻き取った。
エポキシ樹脂組成物に含浸された炭素繊維複合材料が巻き取られた圧力容器を硬化炉に入れ、110℃で2時間エポキシ樹脂組成物を硬化させて、本発明で提供するエポキシ樹脂組成物を利用した圧力容器を製造した。
1種の硬化剤を含む低粘度液状エポキシ樹脂組成物を下記のように製造した。
二官能性エポキシ樹脂(Diluted Epoxy Resin;錦湖P&B化学、KER815)100重量部に、硬化剤(Isophorone diamine;国都化学、IPDA)25重量部を添加した。
前記混合物は、撹拌器を利用して5分間機械的に混合し、エポキシ樹脂組成物を製造した後、実施例1と同様に圧力容器を製造した。
前記比較例1と同一の過程を実施するが、二官能性エポキシ樹脂(Diluted Epoxy Resin;錦湖P&B化学、KER 815)100重量部に、硬化剤(Polyether diamine;ハンツマン、JEFFAMINE D−230)25重量部を添加し、エポキシ樹脂組成物を製造した後、圧力容器を製造した。
前記実施例1〜12及び比較例1〜2によるエポキシ樹脂組成物に含まれる構成要素と含量(重量部)を下記の表1に示した。
<実験例1>エポキシ樹脂組成物の混合粘度測定
混合粘度を測定するために、実施例1〜12及び比較例1〜2を通じて製造したエポキシ樹脂組成物をBrookfield LVDV−I+粘度計を利用して回転速度3.0rpm,62番スピンドルを使用して常温で測定した。
ガラス転移温度測定のための試験片を製造するために、実施例1〜12及び比較例1〜2を通じて製造したエポキシ樹脂組成物を110℃で2時間オーブンで硬化させた。試験片を示差走査熱量計(DSC,Differential Scanning Calorimetry)を利用して5℃/minの昇温速度でガラス転移温度(℃)を測定した。
引張強度測定のための試験片を製造するために、ドッグボーン(Dog−bone)型枠に実施例1〜12及び比較例1〜2を通じて製造したエポキシ樹脂組成物をそれぞれ注入し、110℃で2時間オーブンで硬化させた。
引張試験は、Instron Model 8501 UTMを利用してASTM D638規格で評価した。最大荷重10トンのロードセル(Load cell)を使用し、引張試験時に、クロスヘッド速度(Cross head speed)は、0.05mm/minで一定に維持しつつ試験を行った。
実施例1〜12及び比較例1〜2を通じて製造した圧力容器の破裂圧を測定するために、韓国国土交通部告示第2013−562号規格で評価した。硬化した圧力容器に高圧水ポンプを連結し、圧力容器の内部圧力を高めながら、圧力容器が破裂するときの圧力を記録した。
Claims (6)
- 液状エポキシ樹脂と硬化剤混合物を含む液状エポキシ樹脂組成物であって、
前記硬化剤混合物はポリエーテルジアミン及びイソホロンジアミンから成り、前記ポリエーテルジアミン及び前記イソホロンジアミンの重量比は1:0.25〜1:4であり、
前記液状エポキシ樹脂100重量部に対して、前記硬化剤混合物は、35〜40重量部であり、
前記液状エポキシ樹脂組成物の硬化物は、示差走査熱量計(DSC)を利用した熱分析により得られるガラス転移温度は、139℃〜148℃であり、
ASTM D638評価により得られる前記液状エポキシ樹脂組成物の硬化物の伸び率は、2.1%〜4.9%である物性を同時に有することを特徴とする、液状エポキシ樹脂組成物。 - 前記液状エポキシ樹脂は、ビスフェノールA型エポキシ、ビスフェノールF型エポキシ、ノボラックエポキシ、難燃性エポキシ、環状脂肪族エポキシ及びゴム変性エポキシよりなる群から選択される1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液状エポキシ樹脂組成物。
- 前記液状エポキシ樹脂組成物の混合粘度は、1,500cps以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液状エポキシ樹脂組成物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の液状エポキシ樹脂組成物を強化繊維に含浸させた複合材料から製造されることを特徴とする圧力容器。
- 前記強化繊維は、炭素繊維、ガラス繊維、アラミド繊維、金属繊維のうち少なくとも1種または2種以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の圧力容器。
- 前記圧力容器は、200bar〜1,000barの破裂圧力を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の圧力容器。
