Abstract
Description
最初に、第1実施形態について説明する。図1は、第1実施形態に係る運用支援装置の模式的なブロック図である。図1に示すように、第1実施形態に係る運用支援装置10は、発電設備1の運用の支援を行う装置である。本実施形態における発電設備1は、火力発電設備、さらにいえばガスタービンを用いた発電設備である。ただし、発電設備1は、ガスタービンを用いた発電設備に限られず任意のものであってよい。
次に、第2実施形態について説明する。第2実施形態に係る運用支援装置10aは、複数の候補停止時期のうちから停止時期を設定する点で、第1実施形態とは異なる。第2実施形態において、第1実施形態と構成が共通する箇所は、説明を省略する。
次に、第3実施形態について説明する。第3実施形態に係る運用支援装置10bは、外部環境状態値に基づき発電設備の最大出力を設定する点で、第1実施形態とは異なる。第3実施形態において、第1実施形態と構成が共通する箇所は、説明を省略する。

Claims (6)
- 発電設備の定格出力より高出力での運転であるオーバーファイアリングの実行時期を設定する発電設備の運用支援装置であって、
前記発電設備の寿命を示す指標であって、前記発電設備の出力に応じて値が一方向に変化する寿命指標値の、現在以降の所定の時期である開始時期における値、及び単位時間当たりの前記寿命指標値の変化量である消費寿命値、又は、前記開始時期における前記寿命指標値、及び前記消費寿命値と前記発電設備の出力との関係を取得する寿命指標値取得部と、
前記開始時期における前記寿命指標値及び前記消費寿命値、又は、前記開始時期における前記寿命指標値及び前記関係に基づき、前記開始時期より後の停止時期において前記寿命指標値が予め定めた所定値になるように、前記開始時期から前記停止時期までの前記発電設備の単位時間毎の出力パターンを、オーバーファイアリングとなることを許容しつつ設定する出力パターン設定部と、
前記出力パターンに基づき、前記開始時期から前記停止時期までのうちから、オーバーファイアリングを実行する時期を設定するオーバーファイアリング設定部と、
を有する、発電設備の運用支援装置。 - 単位時間毎の電力供給量に対して割り当てられる電力の安定供給に対する貢献度を、前記開始時期から前記停止時期までのそれぞれの単位時間毎に取得する貢献度取得部をさらに有し、
前記出力パターン設定部は、前記開始時期における前記寿命指標値と、前記開始時期から前記停止時期までの前記貢献度とに基づき、前記停止時期における前記寿命指標値が予め定めた所定値となり、かつ、前記開始時期から前記停止時期までの、単位時間毎の前記貢献度と電力供給量とに基づいた評価値が最大となるように、前記開始時期から前記停止時期までの前記発電設備の単位時間毎の出力パターンを設定する、請求項1に記載の発電設備の運用支援装置。 - 前記貢献度取得部は、単位時間毎に設定された電力の価格を、前記貢献度として取得し、
前記出力パターン設定部は、前記発電設備の発電による収益を、前記評価値とする、請求項2に記載の発電設備の運用支援装置。 - 前記出力パターン設定部は、前記貢献度が高い時期における前記発電設備の出力が高くなるように、前記出力パターンを設定する、請求項2又は請求項3に記載の発電設備の運用支援装置。
- 前記出力パターンに基づき、単位時間における、前記発電設備の出力毎の供給電力の価格を示すビッドブロックを生成するビッドブロック生成部をさらに有する、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の発電設備の運用支援装置。
- 前記ビッドブロック生成部は、
前記発電設備の出力効率に基づき、前記定格出力までにおける出力毎の供給電力の価格を示す定格ビッドブロックを生成し、
前記出力パターンで設定された前記発電設備の出力に基づき、前記オーバーファイアリングを実行する際の出力毎の供給電力の価格を示す高出力ビッドブロックを生成する、請求項5に記載の発電設備の運用支援装置。
