容量性センサ電子回路。この容量性センサ電子回路は、容量性切換領域の第1の接続領域に電気的に接続されており、かつ、第2の接続領域を介して周囲領域に電気的に接続されている;

Claims (15)
- パネル装置(101)であって、
・内側表面(IV)と外側表面(III)とを有するパネル(1)と、
・少なくとも部分的に前記パネル(1)の前記内側表面(IV)上に設けられるLow‐Eコーティング(6)と、
・前記Low‐Eコーティング(6)内に形成された、コーティング無しの少なくとも1つの第1の分離線(7)と、
・前記Low‐Eコーティング(6)内に形成された、コーティング無しの少なくとも1つの第2の分離線(8)と、
・容量性センサ電子回路(14)と、
を含み、
前記第1の分離線(7)により、少なくとも1つの容量性切換領域(10)が前記Low‐Eコーティング(6)の周囲領域(15)から電気的に分離されており、前記周囲領域(15)は、前記容量性切換領域(10)を少なくとも所定の区間で取り囲んでおり、前記容量性切換領域(10)は、コンタクト領域(11)およびリード領域(12)および第1の接続領域(13)を有し、前記リード領域(12)は前記コンタクト領域(11)を前記第1の接続領域(13)に電気的に接続しており、
前記第2の分離線(8)により、前記周囲領域(15)が前記Low‐Eコーティング(6)の外側領域(31)から電気的に分離されており、前記外側領域(31)は前記周囲領域(15)を少なくとも部分的に取り囲んでおり、
前記容量性センサ電子回路(14)は、前記容量性切換領域(10)の前記第1の接続領域(13)に電気的に接続されており、かつ、第2の接続領域(16)を介して前記周囲領域(15)に電気的に接続されている、
パネル装置(101)。 - 前記第1の分離線(7)から前記第2の分離線(8)までの最小間隔は、0.1mmから200cmまでの範囲にある、
請求項1に記載のパネル装置(101)。 - 前記第1の分離線(7)から前記第2の分離線(8)までの最小間隔は、前記第2の分離線(8)のうち、前記コンタクト領域(11)および/または前記リード領域(12)および/または前記第1の接続領域(13)を取り囲む区間においては変化しない、
請求項1または2に記載のパネル装置(101)。 - 前記第2の分離線(8)は、前記容量性切換領域(10)をフレーム状に取り囲んでいる、
請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のパネル装置(101)。 - 前記リード領域(12)の長さlZは、1cmから70cmまでの範囲にあり、前記リード領域(12)の前記長さlZに対して垂直に定められる幅bZは、0.5mmから10mmまでの範囲にあり、前記リード領域(12)の前記長さlZに対する前記幅bZの比は、1:700以下である、
請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載のパネル装置(101)。 - 前記コンタクト領域(11)の長さlBは、1cmから14cmまでの範囲にあり、前記コンタクト領域の前記長さlBに対して垂直に定められる最大幅bBは、1cmから14cmまでの範囲にある、
請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のパネル装置(101)。 - 前記コンタクト領域(11)の最大幅bBに対する前記リード領域(12)の前記幅bZの比は、少なくとも1:2である、
請求項5を引用する請求項6に記載のパネル装置(101)。 - 前記リード領域(12)は、長方形状、条片状または直線状に形成されている、
請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載のパネル装置(101)。 - 前記コンタクト領域(11)は、円形、楕円形または滴形に形成されている、
請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載のパネル装置(101)。 - 前記コンタクト領域(11)は、角形状を有している、
請求項1から8までのいずれか1項に記載のパネル装置(101)。 - 前記コンタクト領域(11)は、1cm2から200cm2までの範囲の面積を有する、
請求項1から10までのいずれか1項に記載のパネル装置(101)。 - 前記第1の分離線(7)の幅t1および/または前記第2の分離線(8)の幅は、30μmから200μmまでの範囲にある、
請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載のパネル装置(101)。 - 前記パネル(1)が合わせパネル(110)の内側パネル(1)となっており、
前記合わせパネル(110)はさらに、外側表面(I)および内側表面(II)を有する外側パネル(4)と、前記外側パネル(4)の前記内側表面(II)を平面状に前記内側パネル(1)の前記外側表面(III)に結合する少なくとも1つの中間層(2)とを含む、
請求項1から12までのいずれか1項に記載のパネル装置(101)。 - 前記センサ電子回路(14)の感度は、前記内側パネル(1)の前記内側表面(IV)上および/または前記外側パネル(4)の前記外側表面(I)上の前記コンタクト領域(11)に人間の指が接触した場合に切換信号を出力し、前記内側パネル(1)の前記内側表面(IV)上および/または前記外側パネル(4)の前記外側表面(I)上の前記リード領域(12)に接触があった場合には切換信号を出力しないかまたは別の切換信号を出力するように選定されている、
請求項13に記載のパネル装置(101)。 - 請求項1から14までのいずれか1項に記載のパネル装置(101)を製造する方法であって、当該方法は、
(a)パネル(1)の内側表面(IV)にLow‐Eコーティング(6)を設けるステップと、
(b)少なくとも1つの第1の分離線(7)を前記Low‐Eコーティング(6)へ導入して、前記Low‐Eコーティング(6)を少なくとも1つの容量性切換領域(10)と少なくとも1つの周囲領域(15)とに電気的に分割するステップと、
(c)少なくとも1つの第2の分離線(8)を前記Low‐Eコーティング(6)へ導入して、前記周囲領域(15)と前記Low‐Eコーティング(6)の外側領域(31)とを電気的に分割するステップと
を含む、方法。
