Claims (12)
- 熱可塑性中間層(3)を介して互いに結合されている、外側ペイン(2a)及び内側ペイン(2b)を備えている、電気的に制御可能な光学特性を有している積層ペイン(1)であって、
電気的に制御可能な光学特性を有している光電子機能要素(4;S)が、前記中間層(3)に組み込まれており、前記光電子機能要素(4;S)は活性層(5)を備えており、前記活性層(5)には、透明なシート状制御電極(8、9)が、第一キャリアフィルム(6)と第二キャリアフィルム(7)との間で、両面に割り当てられており、
前記光電子機能要素を包囲している前記中間層(3)、及び前記キャリアフィルム(6、7)が、それぞれの場合で、熱可塑性材料を含有しており、
少なくとも一つの静電容量式タッチ要素(T;T1、T2)が、前記光電子機能要素に統合されており、それによって、前記光電子機能要素の少なくとも一つの制御電極の一部が、分離され、かつ、静電容量性タッチ又は接近信号を検出するための信号リード(SL)を提供されている、

- 統合されているスイッチング又は制御デバイス(11)を有しており、前記スイッチング又は制御デバイス(11)は、特に前記光電子機能要素(4;S)及び前記タッチ要素(T;T1、T2)の近傍に配置されており、前記スイッチング又は制御デバイス(11)は、入力側で、前記タッチ要素の信号リード(SL)に接続されており、かつ、前記光電子機能要素の機能又はパラメータを、切り替え又は制御するように構成されている、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の積層ペイン。
- 前記光電子機能要素(4;S)が、サンバイザーデバイス(S)として設計されており、かつ、スイッチング又は制御デバイス(11)が、サンバイザーデバイスを切り替え又は制御するように構成されている、請求項5に記載の積層ペイン。
- 前記光電子機能要素(4;S)が、既製の機能多層フィルムを使用して、全表面制御電極(8、9)で構成されており、分離線が、後に前記機能多層フィルムに導入されて、前記タッチ要素(T;T1)を実装している、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の積層ペイン。
- 前記光電子機能要素(4;S)が、複数の別個に制御可能な機能領域(S1、S2)を備えており、タッチ要素(T1、T2)が、それぞれの場合で、前記機能領域の少なくとも一つの部分に割り当てられている、請求項1~7のいずれか一項に記載の積層ペイン。
- 個々の機能領域の機能又はパラメータを切り替える又は制御するためのタッチ要素(T1、T2)が、光電子機能要素(4;S)の各機能領域(S1、S2)に割り当てられており、特に、個々の機能要素に統合されている、請求項8に記載の積層ペイン。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の積層ペイン(1)、及び
前記光電子機能要素(4;S)の光学特性を制御するための制御ユニット、
を有している、積層ペインアセンブリ、特に、乗物又は建物グレージングユニットであって、
前記制御ユニットが、入力側で、前記光電子機能要素(4;S)に統合されている前記タッチ要素(T;T1、T2)の前記信号リード(SL)に接続されており、かつ、前記タッチ要素によって検出された指のタッチ又は接近に応じて、前記光電子機能要素の機能又はパラメータを切り替え又は制御するために設計されている、
