Claims (23)

1. Конструкция (101) оконного стекла, включающая:
- стекло (1) с поверхностью (IV) внутренней стороны и поверхностью (III) наружной стороны,
- Low-E-покрытие (6), которое, по меньшей мере частично, размещено на поверхности (IV) внутренней стороны стекла (1),
- по меньшей мере одну сформированную в Low-E-покрытии (6) не содержащую покрытия первую разделительную линию (7), которой по меньшей мере один емкостный коммутационный участок (10) электрически изолирован от окружающей области (15) Low-E-покрытия (6), причем окружающая область (15) охватывает емкостный коммутационный участок (10) по меньшей мере на отдельных участках, в частности полностью, и причем емкостный коммутационный участок (10) имеет сенсорную зону (11), токоподводящий участок (12) и первый соединительный участок (13), причем токоподводящий участок (12) электрически соединяет сенсорную зону (11) с первым соединительным участком (13),
- по меньшей мере одну сформированную в Low-E-покрытии (6) не содержащую покрытия вторую разделительную линию (8), которой окружающая область (15) электрически изолирована от внешней области (31) Low-E-покрытия (6), причем внешняя область (31) охватывает окружающую область (15), по меньшей мере частично, в частности полностью,
- емкостное сенсорное электронное устройство (14), которое электрически соединено с первым соединительным участком (13) емкостного коммутационного участка (10), и через второй соединительный участок (16) с окружающей областью (15).
2. Конструкция (101) оконного стекла по п.1, в которой кратчайшее расстояние между первой разделительной линией (7) и второй разделительной линией (8) находится в диапазоне от 0,1 мм до 200 мм, предпочтительно в диапазоне от 0,5 мм до 100 мм, и в особенности предпочтительно в диапазоне от 1 мм до 11 мм.
3. Конструкция (101) оконного стекла по п. 1 или 2, в которой кратчайшее расстояние между первой разделительной линией (7) и второй разделительной линией (8) на участке второй разделительной линии (8), окружающей сенсорную зону (11), и/или токоподводящий участок (12), и/или соединительный участок (13), является неизменным.
4. Конструкция (101) оконного стекла по одному из пп. 1-3, в которой вторая разделительная линия (8) охватывает емкостный коммутационный участок (10) в форме рамки.
5. Конструкция (101) оконного стекла по одному из пп. 1-4, причем длина lz токоподводящего участка (12) составляет величину в диапазоне от 1 см до 70 см, предпочтительно в диапазоне от 1 см до 12 см, в особенности предпочтительно в диапазоне от 3 см до 8 см, и причем ширина bz токоподводящего участка (12), измеренная перпендикулярно длине lz, составляет величину в диапазоне от 0,5 мм до 10 мм, предпочтительно в диапазоне от 0,5 мм до 2 мм, и причем отношение ширины bz к длине lz токоподводящего участка (12) является меньшим или равным 1:700, и предпочтительно меньшим или равным от 1:3 до 1:100.
6. Конструкция (101) оконного стекла по одному из пп. 1-5, причем сенсорная зона (11) имеет длину lB в диапазоне от 1 см до 14 см, предпочтительно в диапазоне от 1 см до 3 см, и причем максимальная ширина bB сенсорной зоны, измеренная перпендикулярно длине lB , составляет величину в диапазоне от 1 см до 14 см, предпочтительно в диапазоне от 1 см до 3 см.
7. Конструкция (101) оконного стекла по п. 5 или 6, причем отношение ширины bZ токоподводящего участка (12) к максимальной ширине bB сенсорной зоны (11) составляет по меньшей мере 1:2, предпочтительно по меньшей мере 1:10.
8. Конструкция (101) оконного стекла по одному из пп. 1-7, причем токоподводящий участок (12) сформирован прямоугольным, лентообразным или в форме линии.
9. Конструкция (101) оконного стекла по одному из пп. 1-8, причем сенсорная зона (11) сформирована круглой, эллиптической или каплевидной.
10. Конструкция (101) оконного стекла по одному из пп. 1-8, причем сенсорная зона (11) имеет имеющую углы форму, предпочтительно со скругленными углами, причем углы предпочтительно имеют радиус кривизны по меньшей мере 3 мм, в особенности предпочтительно по меньшей мере 8 мм.
11. Конструкция (101) оконного стекла по одному из пп. 1-10, причем сенсорная зона (11) имеет площадь в диапазоне от 1 см2 до 200 см2, предпочтительно в диапазоне от 1 см2 до 9 см2.
12. Конструкция (101) оконного стекла по одному из пп. 1-11, причем ширина t1 первой разделительной линии (7) и/или ширина второй разделительной линии (8) составляет величину в диапазоне от 30 мкм до 200 мкм, предпочтительно в диапазоне от 70 мкм до 140 мкм.
13. Конструкция (101) оконного стекла по одному из пп. 1-12, в которой стекло (1) представляет собой внутреннюю пластину (1) многослойного стекла (101), причем многослойное стекло (101) дополнительно включает наружную пластину (2) с поверхностью (I) наружной стороны и поверхностью (II) внутренней стороны, и по меньшей мере один промежуточный слой (2), который по всей площади соединяет поверхность (II) внутренней стороны наружной пластины (2) с поверхностью (III) наружной стороны внутренней пластины (1).
14. Конструкция (101) оконного стекла по п.13, причем чувствительность сенсорного электронного устройства (14) выбрана так, что оно при прикосновении к сенсорной зоне (11) на поверхности (IV) внутренней стороны внутренней пластины (1) и/или поверхности (I) наружной стороны наружной пластины (2) человеческим пальцем выдает сигнал на переключение, и при прикосновении к токоподводящему участку (12) на поверхности (IV) внутренней стороны внутренней пластины (1) и/или поверхности (I) наружной стороны наружной пластины (2) не выдает сигнал на переключение или выдает другой сигнал на переключение.
15. Способ изготовления конструкции (101) оконного стекла по одному из пп. 1-14, который включает следующие стадии:
(а) нанесение Low-E-покрытия (6) на поверхность (IV) внутренней стороны стекла (1),
(b) введение по меньшей мере одной первой разделительной линии (7) в Low-E-покрытие (6), которая электрически изолирует Low-E-покрытие (6) на по меньшей мере один емкостной коммутационный участок (10) и по меньшей мере одну окружающую область (15), предпочтительно лазерным структурированием, или механическим или химическим удалением материала,
(с) введение по меньшей мере одной второй разделительной линии (8) в Low-E-покрытие (6), предпочтительно лазерным структурированием, или механическим или химическим удалением материала, которая электрически изолирует окружающую область (15) и внешнюю область Low-E-покрытия (6).
