Claims (9)
- 作業者が着用して位置情報、外部情報および生体情報を検出して伝送する作業者装置と、
前記作業者装置を通じて検出された外部情報および生体情報を確認して事故発生の有無を判断する管制サーバーとを含み、
前記管制サーバーは、事故の原因と発生範囲によって事故発生位置周辺に位置する前記作業者装置に待避または救助命令を選択的に送信し、
前記作業者装置のそれぞれは、
前記管制サーバーおよび隣接した他の作業者装置とデータおよび音声通信を可能にするLTEまたはLTE−M方式の通信モジュール部;
位置情報を検出するGPSモジュール部;
周辺の振動、電圧、有害ガスのうち少なくとも一つの情報を検出する外部情報検出部;
作業者の体温、心拍数、血圧のうち少なくとも一つの情報を検出する生体情報検出部;
前記作業者の視線方向を撮影するカメラおよび該視線方向を照明する照明部;
一部に設けられたQRコード(登録商標);
音声信号の入出力が可能な音声入出力部;
制御のための制御部;および
前記QRコード(登録商標)を利用して前記作業者と前記作業者装置を1:1にマッチングさせるためのアプリケーションが保存されたメモリーを含む、
管制システム。 - 少なくとも前記カメラと前記メモリーは、前記作業者のスマートフォンに装着されたものであり、
前記カメラで前記QRコード(登録商標)をスキャンし、スキャン結果とともに前記アプリケーションのIDまたは電話番号を前記管制サーバーに伝送し、
前記作業者と前記作業者装置を1:1にマッチングさせる、
請求項1に記載の管制システム。 - 前記作業者装置が少なくとも前記カメラと前記メモリーを装着しているときに、
前記作業者を認識できる前記QRコード(登録商標)をスキャンし、スキャン結果とともに前記作業者装置を識別できる情報を前記管制サーバーに伝送し、
前記作業者と前記作業者装置を1:1にマッチングさせる、
請求項1に記載の管制システム。 - 前記管制サーバーは、
それぞれの前記作業者装置の位置情報を確認して、
それぞれの前記作業者装置から設定された範囲内の前記作業者装置と異なる他の作業者装置をグループ化し、
ある特定の作業者装置から検出された情報が事故状況である場合、前記特定の作業者装置のグループ内の、前記特定の作業者装置と異なる他の作業者装置に待避または救助命令を伝送する、
請求項1に記載の管制システム。 - 前記管制サーバーは、
それぞれの前記作業者装置が属するグループ内の、前記作業者装置と異なる他の該作業者装置の情報を、それぞれの前記作業者装置に伝送して前記メモリーに保存されるようにし、
事故状況の発生時、前記作業者装置は、前記メモリーに保存された前記グループ内の他の該作業者装置に事故の発生を伝播することを特徴とする、
請求項4に記載の管制システム。 - 前記管制サーバーは、
事故が発生したと判断された前記作業者装置を制御して、
前記照明部を常時点灯または点滅状態にし、
前記音声入出力部を通じて警告音を発生させることを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の管制システム。 - 前記管制サーバーは、
前記作業者の病気または特異な生体情報を保存する作業者情報DBを含み、
前記作業者装置から受信される生体情報の異常の有無を判断するとき、前記作業者の病気または特異な生体情報を考慮して判断することを特徴とする、
請求項1に記載の管制システム。 - a)管制サーバーで作業者と作業者装置を1:1に対応させてその情報を保存する段階;
b)前記作業者装置の位置情報を確認して、ある設定された範囲内の前記作業者装置と異なる他の作業者装置をグループ化する段階;
c)前記管制サーバーによって、ある特定の作業者装置から受信される外部情報または生体情報が事故状況であると判断されると、前記特定の作業者装置が属したグループ内の、前記特定の作業者装置と異なる他の作業者装置に待避または救助命令を伝送する段階を含み、
前記a)段階は、
前記作業者を識別できるQRコード(登録商標)をスキャンした結果と、前記作業者装置を特定できる情報とを前記作業者装置から受信するか、あるいは、
前記作業者装置を識別できる前記QRコード(登録商標)をスキャンした結果と、前記作業者を特定できる情報とを前記作業者装置から受信し、
前記b)段階のグループ化結果をそれぞれの前記作業者装置に伝送してある特定の作業者装置によって、前記特定の作業者装置と同じグループに属した、前記特定の作業者装置と異なる他の作業者装置の情報を保存するようにし、
事故状況を検出した前記特定の作業者装置から、前記特定の作業者装置と同じ該グループに属した、前記特定の作業者装置と異なる他の該作業者装置に該事故状況を伝播する、
管制方法。 - 前記管制サーバーは、
事故状況を検出した前記特定の作業者装置を制御して照明を常時点灯または点滅状態にし、警告音が発生するようにする、
請求項8に記載の管制方法。
