Claims (8)
- ベースフィルムと、
前記ベースフィルムの上に配設されるコーティング層と、
を備え、
前記コーティング層は、ヨウ素系開始剤およびホウ酸系開始剤のうちのいずれか1種以上の開始剤を含むコーティング液の塗布によって形成され、
前記コーティング層は、モノマーとして、下記の一般式1で表わされる化合物を含み、
前記ヨウ素系開始剤は、下記の一般式2で表わされる化合物を含み、前記ホウ酸系開始剤は、下記の一般式3で表わされる化合物を含む表示装置用カバーウィンドウ。
式中、RはCH 3 であり、前記R'はエポキシ基である。
- 前記コーティング液は、溶媒をさらに含む請求項1に記載の表示装置用カバーウィンドウ。
- 前記ヨウ素系開始剤は光硬化性を帯び、
前記ホウ酸系開始剤は光硬化性および熱硬化性を帯びる請求項1に記載の表示装置用カ
バーウィンドウ。 - 表示パネルと、
前記表示パネルの上に配設されるカバーウィンドウと、
を備え、
前記カバーウィンドウは、
ベースフィルムと、
前記ベースフィルムの上に配設されるコーティング層と、
を備え、
前記コーティング層は、ヨウ素系開始剤およびホウ酸系開始剤のうちのいずれか1種以上の開始剤を含むコーティング液の塗布および硬化によって形成され、
前記コーティング層は、モノマーとして、下記の一般式1で表わされる化合物を含み、
前記ヨウ素系開始剤は、下記の一般式2で表わされる化合物を含み、前記ホウ酸系開始剤は、下記の一般式3で表わされる化合物を含む表示装置。
式中、RはCH 3 であり、前記R'はエポキシ基である。
- 前記コーティング液は、溶媒をさらに含む請求項4に記載の表示装置。
- 前記ヨウ素系開始剤は光硬化性を帯び、前記ホウ酸系開始剤は光硬化性および熱硬化性
を帯びる請求項4または5に記載の表示装置。 - 前記開始剤の含有量は、0.5質量%〜8.0質量%であり、
前記モノマーの含有量は、40質量%〜90質量%である請求項4または5に記載の表示装置。 - ベースフィルムを用意するステップと、
前記ベースフィルムの上にコーティング液を塗布するステップと、
前記コーティング液を乾燥および硬化させるステップと、
前記硬化されたコーティング液をアニーリングするステップと、
を含み、前記アニーリングするステップは、常湿条件下で行われ、
前記コーティング液は、ヨウ素系開始剤およびホウ酸系開始剤のうちのいずれか1種以上の開始剤を含み、また、モノマーとして、下記の一般式1で表わされる化合物を含み、
前記ヨウ素系開始剤は、下記の一般式2で表わされる化合物を含み、前記ホウ酸系開始剤は、下記の一般式3で表わされる化合物を含むカバーウィンドウの製造方法。
式中、RはCH 3 であり、前記R'はエポキシ基である。
