Claims (2)
- 内部に加熱されたガスが存在する収容室と、
該収容室に配置されて基板を加熱する複数の加熱ユニットとを備え、
各前記加熱ユニットは、前記基板を収容する筐体と、該筐体の内部に前記加熱されたガスを導入する加熱ガス導入機構とを有し、
前記加熱ガス導入機構は前記筐体に取り付けられ、前記筐体において前記加熱ガス導入機構が取り付けられた側と反対側は閉鎖され、且つ前記筐体において前記加熱ガス導入機構が取り付けられた側は開口することを特徴とする基板加熱装置。 - 各前記筐体の断面積の合計よりも各前記加熱ユニットの間の隙間の断面積の合計の方が大きいことを特徴とする請求項1記載の基板加熱装置。
