Claims (4)
- 蓄電素子を備えない移動体に備えられたコイルの前記移動体の移動方向の長さをLRとし、前記移動体の移動方向コイルの相互間の離間距離をDRとする少なくとも二つの受電コイルにコイルの前記移動体の移動方向の長さをLTとし、前記移動体の移動方向のコイル相互間の離間距離をDTとし、LR≦DT≦DR、(2×LR+DR)≦LTが成立する少なくとも二つの給電コイルから非接触で給電可能であり、前記少なくとも二つの給電コイルの内一つの給電コイルを備えた一のモジュールとなる少なくとも二つの基板生産機を複数連結させることで、前記移動体の移動方向へ前記移動体に給電可能な範囲を広げるモジュール連結型製造装置において、少なくとも一つの前記基板生産機が備える給電コイルに少なくとも一つの前記受電コイルが給電可能な位置に位置したときに、前記少なくとも一つの基板生産機から交流電力を供給する交流モジュールへ通信を行い、かつ、前記交流モジュールから前記少なくとも一つの基板生産機へ通信を行い、前記少なくとも一つの基板生産機が備える半導体スイッチを導通させることを特徴としたモジュール連結型製造装置であって、
前記交流モジュールから給電された電力を用い、前記移動体により搬送される部品供給装置と基板生産機が保持する部品供給装置の交換を行うモジュール連結型製造装置。 - 交流電力を伝える導線を有し、前記導線の端に接続用端末を設けた基板生産機を備える、請求項1に記載のモジュール連結型製造装置。
- 前記基板生産機が演算処理ユニット、および、電流検出部を備え、前記基板生産機が備える演算処理ユニットが、前記電流検出部の異常を検知した場合に、前記基板生産機が備える半導体スイッチを遮断することを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載のモジュール連結型製造装置。
- 前記基板生産機が規格化され、一つの給電コイルのみを有することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至3に記載のモジュール連結型製造装置。
