Claims (10)
- 電池基板アセンブリ(120)の積層体(110)を含み、各電池基板アセンブリが、回路基板(122)と、前記回路基板に取り付けられた電気コネクタ(124)と、前記回路基板の側部に固定された電池セル(126)とを含み、
前記電池セルが前記回路基板間に挟まれかつ前記コネクタが相互接続され、
前記回路基板と前記コネクタが、共に前記電池セルを電気的に接続している、電池パック(100)。 - 前記電池セルが直列構成で接続されている、請求項1に記載の電池パック。
- 各電池セルが非金属であるパウチ(210)を有する、請求項1または2に記載の電池パック。
- 各電池基板アセンブリ用に、前記回路基板が前記電池セルの端子(220)に半田付けされたセルパッド(310)を含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 各電池基板アセンブリ用に、前記電池セルが前記回路基板の前記側部の少なくとも半分を覆っている、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記積層体が、回路基板(132)を含む制御基板(130)とメンテナンス回路(136)をさらに含み、前記回路基板と前記電池基板アセンブリの前記コネクタ(134)が通信回線を形成することにより、前記メンテナンス回路が各電池基板アセンブリと通信することを可能にする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の電池パック。
- 前記メンテナンス回路が、前記通信回線を介して各電池セルで電圧感知を実行し、さらに任意の欠陥のある電池セルを特定するように構成されている、請求項6に記載の電池パック。
- 各電池基板アセンブリが、前記電池セルに近接した加熱要素(330)、および前記加熱要素を前記電池セルに接続するためのスイッチ(477)を含み、前記スイッチが、前記通信回線を介して前記メンテナンス回路によって制御可能である、請求項6または7に記載の電池パック。
- 前記メンテナンス回路が、加熱または負荷分散を実行するためにすべての前記スイッチを同時にオンにするように構成されている、請求項8に記載の電池パック。
- 各電池基板アセンブリの前記回路基板が、前記電池セルに隣接する熱伝導性の伝達層(340)をさらに含み、前記加熱要素が前記伝達層に熱的に近接している、請求項8または9に記載の電池パック。
