本发明公开了一种电池组串并联快速装配PCB板,属于锂电池技术领域,包括第一PCB板和第二PCB板,所述的第一PCB板和第二PCB板上设置有极耳孔,所述的第一PCB板和第二PCB板从电池组的两侧的对应极耳插入并与极耳焊接。本发明的有益效果是:提高生产效率,避免PCB板从电池组极耳顶部插入极耳弯折变形相接触发生短路。

本发明涉及锂电池技术领域,具体涉及一种电池组串并联快速装配PCB板。
背景技术
PCB板做为锂离子动电池组串并联组装过程中的重要零部件,它使电池组串并联时方便、简单、连接稳定。现在生产过程中所用传统PCB板(一直存在装配效率低,易发生短路现象,PCB板是从极耳顶部穿入,装配效率低,免装配过程中正负极极耳容易相接触而出现短路现象。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足而提供一种提高生产效率,避免PCB板从电池组极耳顶部插入极耳弯折变形相接触发生短路的电池组串并联快速装配PCB板。
为达到以上目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种电池组串并联快速装配PCB板,包括第一PCB板和第二PCB板,所述的第一PCB板和第二PCB板上设置有极耳孔,所述的第一PCB板和第二PCB板从电池组的两侧对应的位于电池组顶部的极耳插入并与极耳焊接。
进一步的,所述焊接通过超声焊接,将焊接完成的极耳折弯压到PCB板上
本发明的有益效果是:提高生产效率,避免PCB板从电池组极耳顶部插入极耳弯折变形相接触发生短路。

下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案作详细的描述,结合图1,一种电池组串并联快速装配PCB板,包括第一PCB板1和第二PCB板2,所述的第一PCB板1和第二PCB板2上设置有极耳孔3,所述的第一PCB板1和第二PCB板2从电池组的两侧对应的位于电池组顶部的极耳插入并与极耳焊接,所述焊接通过超声焊接,将焊接完成的极耳折弯压到PCB板上,起到固定PCB板的作用。

1.一种电池组串并联快速装配PCB板,其特征在于:包括第一PCB板和第二PCB板,所述的第一PCB板和第二PCB板上设置有极耳孔,所述的第一PCB板和第二PCB板从电池组的两侧对应的位于电池组顶部的极耳插入并与极耳焊接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电池组串并联快速装配PCB板,其特征在于:所述焊接通过超声焊接,将焊接完成的极耳折弯压到PCB板上。
