Claims (7)
- 塩化アリル及びチオシアン酸カリウムを攪拌して反応させる段階と、
反応させた化合物と植物性油脂とを混合して混合物を生成する段階と、
PP(ポリプロピレン)ペレット及び前記混合物を100℃〜130℃の温度下で2時間攪拌する段階と、
前記PPペレット及び前記混合物を共に混合した後、溶融して溶融物を生成する段階と、
前記溶融物を射出成形する段階と
を含む、抗菌容器の製造方法。 - 前記塩化アリル及び前記チオシアン酸カリウムを、150RPM〜200RPMで10時間〜36時間反応させることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の抗菌容器の製造方法。
- 前記化合物と前記植物性油脂との混合比は、重量を基準として1:10ないし1:20であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の抗菌容器の製造方法。
- 前記混合物の量は、前記PPペレットの重量に対して0.5重量%〜2.5重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の抗菌容器の製造方法。
- 前記射出成形を、200℃〜230℃の条件で行うことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の抗菌容器の製造方法。
- 前記植物性油脂は、大豆油、トウモロコシ油、菜種油、及びブドウ種子油のうち少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の抗菌容器の製造方法。
- 前記化合物と前記植物性油脂とを、超音波処理によって混合することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の抗菌容器の製造方法。
