Description
−第1の合成素材を提供するステップと、
−第1の素材から押し出し成形物を作成するためのダイプレートを有する押し出しラインを提供するステップ。
本方法は、以下のステップのうち少なくとも1つを含むことを特徴とする。
−第1の素材とは特性が異なる1または複数の追加素材を提供するステップと、
−第1の領域を有するダイプレートを提供するステップであって、第1の領域は、少なくとも一端部で、中空の管状輪郭を有する押し出し成形物を製造可能な輪郭を画定し、押し出し成形物は、リストバンドの1つまたは2つの板の長さに対応する幅を有するステップ。
ダイプレートはさらに第2の領域を有し、第2の領域は、平坦な輪郭、屈曲した輪郭、および突出する領域を有する輪郭のうちから選択した特定の輪郭の画定を可能にすることを特徴とする。
−TPE−O−熱可塑性オレフィン
−TPE−S−より具体的には、スチレン化合物SBS、SEBSまたはSEPS
−TPE−V−より具体的には、加硫化合物PP/EPDMまたは化合物TPSi−V(熱可塑性物質および架橋シリコンの混合物)
−TPE−E−コポリエステル化合物
−TPE−U−熱可塑性ポリウレタン
−TPE−A−熱可塑性ポリアミド
−アイオノマ樹脂
−熱を放散し、発汗を低減するための六方晶窒化ホウ素などのセラミック
−毛管効果を有し、汗を排出する織物繊維
−防臭効果のための、銀粒子またはジンクピリチオンもしくはアルミニウム塩の粒子などの抗菌剤
−興味深い美観効果を生成するための添加剤の例:
−着色顔料または着色剤、蛍光特性、燐光特性、熱変色特性または光輝特性を有する化合物
−リストバンドの経時安定性を改善するための添加剤の例:
−抗紫外線添加材
Claims (6)
- 腕時計(3)または宝石のリストバンド(4)の製造方法であって、
−第1の合成素材を提供するステップと、
−前記第1の素材から押し出し成形物(6)を作成するためのダイプレート(2)を有する押し出しライン(1)を提供するステップと、
を含む製造方法であって、前記製造方法は、
−前記第1の素材とは特性が異なる1または複数の追加素材を提供するステップと、
−第1の領域を有するダイプレート(2)を提供するステップであって、前記第1の領域は、少なくとも一方の横側端部に中空の管状輪郭(7)を有する押し出し成形物を製造可能な輪郭を画定し、前記ダイプレートは、前記リストバンド(4)の1つまたは2つの板の長さに対応する幅を有する押し出し成形物(6)を製造するように設計されるステップと、
を含むことを特徴とし、
−前記ダイプレートはさらに第2の領域を有し、前記第2の領域は、平坦な輪郭、屈曲した輪郭、および突出する領域(5)を有する輪郭のうちから選択した特定の輪郭の画定を可能にすることを特徴とし、
−1または複数の前記追加素材は、前記ダイプレート(2)を通じた前記押し出し中に一体化される強化要素(8)であることを特徴とし、
−前記強化要素(8)は、前記ダイプレート(2)の中心に一体化される管であり、前記第1の素材で被膜されてリストバンド(4)を形成することを特徴とし、
−前記強化要素(8)は、前記ダイプレート(2)の1つまたは両方の横側端部の区域に一体化され、
−前記強化要素(8)は、強化のために前記押し出し成型物の前記中空の管状輪郭(7)の区域に一体化される管であることを特徴とする、
製造方法。 - 前記強化要素(8)は金属素材で実現される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項2に記載の方法であって、前記ダイプレート(2)から現れる前記押し出し成形物(6)に水ジェット切断、レーザ切断または穴開けを行い、腕時計ケースおよびクラスプバックル(15)上にそれぞれフック(11)を形成するステップを含む、方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の方法であって、前記第1の素材および状況に応じて1または複数の追加素材または前記強化素材は、前記リストバンド(4)の機械的性能、快適さ、経時安定性および/または美的外観を改善するバラストを含有する、方法。
- 請求項4に記載の方法であって、前記バラストは、セラミック粒子、抗菌剤、織物繊維、抗紫外線化合物、顔料、蛍光化合物、燐光化合物、熱変色性化合物、光発色性化合物、およびこれらの混合物から成るグループから選択される、方法。
- 請求項5に記載の方法であって、前記抗菌剤は、銀粒子またはジンクピリチオンもしくはアルミニウム塩の粒子から成るグループから選択される、方法。
