Description
Claims (9)
- キャリパー本体(10)と、電気機械式アクチュエータ(11)とを備えた電気機械式キャリパー(9)であって、
長軸(x)を中心として回転可能なねじ(14)と、
前記ねじ(14)に回転可能に連結され、前記ねじ(14)の長軸(x)に沿って移動可能なナットねじ(16)と、
前記ナットねじ(16)と同軸の長軸(y)上に配置されて前記ナットねじ(16)に螺合する可動スラスト要素(18,32)と、
前記ナットねじ(16)に設けられる少なくとも第1連結面(C)と、可動スラスト要素(18,32)に設けられる少なくとも第2連結面(C I ,CIV)とを備え、前記第2連結面(C I ,CIV)が前記第1連結面(C)に少なくとも一部を連結され、前記第1連結面(C)に対して押圧可能であるナットねじ(16)と可動スラスト要素(18,32)の間の連結面と、
を備え、
前記連結面(C,C I ,CIV)の1つ(C)は凹状、残り(C I ,CIV)は凹状の連結面(C)に係合する凸状であり、前記連結面(C,C I ,CIV)の配置は、ねじ(14)の長軸(x)にほぼ垂直な単一の予め決められた軸(k)を中心として可動スラスト要素(18,32)に対してナットねじ(16)の相対的な揺動を可能とすると共に、
ナットねじ(16)と可動スラスト要素(18)の間の長軸(y)を中心とする相対的な回転が阻止され、
前記第1及び第2連結面(C,C I ,C IV )は、一部に互いを補完する同軸の円筒面を有し、前記ナットねじ(16)と可動スラスト要素(18.32)は、前記第1及び第2連結面(C,C I ,C IV )と共通の軸を中心として相対的に揺動可能であることを特徴とする電気機械式キャリパー(9)。 - 前記第1及び第2連結面(C,C I ,CIV)は、前記単一の予め決められた横軸(k)にほぼ沿い、相補的な形状をそれぞれ備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気機械式ブレーキキャリパー。
- 前記第1及び第2連結面(C,C I ,CIV)は、二者択一的にいずれかがナットねじ(16)と仮想固体(30)の側面の間、又は、可動スラスト要素(18,32)と仮想固体(30)の間の境界面であり、
前記仮想固体(30)は、ねじの長軸、あるいは、スラスト要素(18,32)の長軸(y)に対して仮想角度(δ)傾斜した垂直軸(z)を備え、
前記仮想固体(30)は、前記ナットねじ(16)又は可動スラスト要素(18,32)の少なくとも一部と交差する前記請求項1又は2に記載の電気機械式ブレーキキャリパー。 - 前記仮想固体(30)は円筒であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電気機械式ブレーキキャリパー。
- 前記仮想角度(δ)は90°であることを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の電気機械式ブレーキキャリパー。
- 前記スラスト要素(18,32)は、ピストン(18)と、環状の外形形状(CIII,C V )によって同軸で互いに連結されたインサート(32)とを備えることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の電気機械式ブレーキキャリパー。
- 前記インサート(32)は、少なくとも1つの平坦部(32b)を備え、ピストンの窪みに係合し、共通軸(y)を中心とするピストン(18)に対してインサート(32)の相対的な回転を阻止するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電気機械式ブレーキキャリパー。
- 前記可動スラスト要素(18)とキャリパー本体(10)の間に、可動スラスト要素(18)の長軸(y)を中心とする相対的な回転を阻止するように構成した対照手段(26,28)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の電気機械式ブレーキキャリパー。
- 前記対照手段(26,28)は、
前記スラスト要素(18,32)に軸方向に長尺な凹部(28)と、
前記キャリパー本体(10)に一体化され、前記凹部(28)に少なくとも一部が突出する回転対照要素(26)と、
を備えることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の電気機械式ブレーキキャリパー。
