Claims (3)
- 軸部材と、焼結金属からなり、内周に前記軸部材が挿入された軸受スリーブと、内周面に前記軸受スリーブが熱硬化性接着剤により固定され、前記軸受スリーブの外周面全面を覆うハウジングと、前記軸部材の外周面と前記軸受スリーブの内周面との間のラジアル軸受隙間に生じる流体膜で前記軸部材を相対回転自在に非接触支持するラジアル軸受部とを備えた流体動圧軸受装置であって、
前記軸受スリーブの線膨張係数α S よりも、前記ハウジングの線膨張係数α H が大きく、且つ、前記軸受スリーブの線膨張係数αSと、前記ハウジングの線膨張係数αHとの差(αS−αH)が、−10×10-6〜0[1/K]の範囲内である流体動圧軸受装置。 - 前記軸受スリーブの外周面のうち、軸方向一部領域のみが前記ハウジングの内周面に前記熱硬化性接着剤を介して固定された請求項1に記載の流体動圧軸受装置。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の流体動圧軸受装置と、ステータコイルと、ロータマグネットとを有するモータ。
