Description
Claims (11)
- 上部(6)、下部(8)、筐体(10)、流路(12)、前記下部(8)内に配置された金型キャビティ(14)および電極(16)を有する金型(4)を備える放電成形装置(2)であって、前記筐体(10)は第1の領域(18)と第2の領域(20)を有し、前記金型キャビティ(14)は前記第2の領域(20)内に配置され、前記電極(16)は前記第1の領域(18)内に配置された電極先端部(26)を有し、前記放電成形装置は、前記流路(12)内で流体密封な状態で並進移動可能なように取り付けられ、前記筐体(10)の前記第1の領域(18)を前記第2の領域(20)から分離するピストン(30)をさらに有することを特徴とする放電成形装置。
- 前記ピストン(30)は、前記流路の第2のガイド手段と相補的な第1のガイド手段を有する、請求項1に記載の放電成形装置(2)。
- 前記第1のガイド手段は3つのリブを備える、請求項2に記載の放電成形装置(2)。
- 前記第2のガイド手段は3つの溝を備える、請求項2または3に記載の放電成形装置(2)。
- 前記ピストン(30)は、平面形状であり、前記金型キャビティ(14)の方に向けられた第1の面(42)を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の放電成形装置(2)。
- 前記ピストン(30)は、一組の凹凸形状から選択された形状であり、前記金型キャビティ(14)の方に向けられた第1の面(42)を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の放電成形装置(2)。
- 前記ピストン(30)は、平面形状であり、前記第1の領域(18)の方に向けられた第2の面(44)を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の放電成形装置(2)。
- 前記ピストン(30)は、一組の凹凸形状から選択された形状であり、前記第1の領域(18)の方に向けられた第2の面(44)を有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の放電成形装置(2)。
- 前記流路(12)は、前記ピストンを保持するように適合されたストッパ(40)を有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の放電成形装置(2)。
- 前記ピストン(30)と前記ストッパ(40)との間にばねが配置される、請求項9に記載の放電成形装置(2)。
- 前記第1の領域(18)は水で満たされ、前記第2の領域(20)は水で満たされる、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の放電成形装置(2)。
