Claims (7)
- バッテリーモジュールと、
前記バッテリーモジュールに付着された冷却プレートと、
を含むバッテリーモジュールアセンブリーであって、
前記バッテリーモジュールが、前記バッテリーモジュールの内部へサーマルペーストが注入される第1ペースト注入口と、前記バッテリーモジュールの外部へサーマルペーストが吐出される第1ペースト吐出口と、を備え、
前記冷却プレートが、連結管を介して前記第1ペースト注入口に連結された第2ペースト注入口と、前記第1ペースト吐出口を通して前記バッテリーモジュールの外部へ吐出されたサーマルペーストが前記バッテリーモジュールアセンブリーの外部へ吐出される第2ペースト吐出口と、を備えることを特徴とするバッテリーモジュールアセンブリー。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールが、
モジュールケースと、
前記モジュールケース内に収容されたセル積層体と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュールアセンブリー。 - 前記バッテリーモジュールの内部に注入されたサーマルペーストが、前記セル積層体と前記モジュールケースとの間に形成された第1ペースト流路に充填されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリーモジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記サーマルペーストが、前記セル積層体と前記モジュールケースとの間を固定していることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリーモジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記第1ペースト吐出口を通して前記バッテリーモジュールの外部へ吐出したサーマルペーストが、前記バッテリーモジュールと前記冷却プレートとの間に形成された第2ペースト流路に充填されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュールアセンブリー。
- 前記サーマルペーストが、
前記バッテリーモジュールと前記冷却プレートとの間を固定していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリーモジュールアセンブリー。 - 前記冷却プレートは、冷却流体が流れる通路となる冷却流路を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリーモジュールアセンブリー。
